Returns are only accepted for items purchased on the Gracobaby.com website within 30 days of purchase. Graco does not accept returns of items purchased through any third-party, including its retail partners. At this time, Graco is unable to exchange or refund a gifted item to the recipient. Original purchasers will be credited for items that are returned. By placing an order on Gracobaby.com, you are accepting this return policy. Purchases made on Gracobaby.com can be returned via mail. Returns are free through the Return Portal. Fill out the Start a Return form or use your order history in My Account. An email confirmation will be sent to you with step-by-step instructions on how to return your product.
