Once we have received your order, approved payment and ensured that the product is in stock we will release your order to the warehouse within 3-4 business days.

If your order tracking information shows as pending or does not update for multiple days, this could be due to delays with the carrier.
Please allow 2 business days to pass before contacting Customer Service. Orders placed in the evening, on weekends, or a holiday may not begin processing until the next business day. We are unable to issue refunds for orders that are in transit.

We do not charge credit cards until the order is shipped. If your order is cancelled you may see a pending authorization that will fall off within 3 business days.
