Limited Warranty

At Graco®, we make innovative, high-quality products for babies and children. Graco Children’s Products Inc. (“Graco”), for its Graco products, warrants to the original end user purchaser that its product, when purchased in the United States of America (“Product”), will be free from manufacturing defects for one year from the date of purchase or delivery (whichever occurs later) when put to normal household use and cared for according to Graco instructions.

Because Graco cannot control the quality of products sold by unauthorized sellers, this limited warranty applies only to Products that were purchased from Graco or a Graco authorized seller in the United States, unless otherwise prohibited by law. Graco reserves the right to reject warranty claims for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized Internet sites. This authorized seller limitation does not extend to Graco car seats and carriers.

For all Graco Products, this limited warranty does not cover:

  • Misuse (including commercial use), abuse, or improper maintenance
  • Damage caused by improper installation, improper maintenance, alteration to the Product, or the misuse or abuse of accessories
  • Damage caused by corrosion, mold, rust, sun intensity, sweat, detergents, sunscreen, damp or improper storage or frequent washing
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by repairs or modifications carried out by a third party
  • Product is purchased used, second hand, or is otherwise not new
  • Product is damaged as a result of an accident, airline, or freight damage

Outside USA and Canada: Please contact place of purchase for warranty service.

Please have your item number, serial number, manufacturer date stamp, and proof of purchase on hand to expedite the process. You will be required to provide proof of purchase demonstrating when and where you purchased your Product and provide photographs of your Product.
Some replacement parts may be available for purchase after this limited warranty expires. Please visit our parts ordering section or call 1-800-345-4109 for details.

Remedies Under This Limited Warranty:

Graco will replace, free of charge, your Product or any component of your Product found to be defective during the warranty period. Replacement will be made with a new Product or a new component at no cost. If the Product is no longer available, replacement may be made with a similar Product of equal or greater value.

Disclaimers:

There are no warranties that extend beyond those stated herein. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES THAT MAY BE APPLICABLE TO PRODUCTS, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL GRACO BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES BASED UPON BREACH OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, BREACH OF CONTRACT, OR STRICT LIABILITY. Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.
