Poor Head & Neck Support for Infants
The stroller works well, but the infant car seat was a major letdown. My newborn’s head never seemed properly supported, and it would tilt and move around during rides, which was concerning. I expected better head and neck support from a seat designed for infants. Unfortunately, I had to switch to a different car seat for peace of mind. Based on my experience,
I wouldn’t recommend this travel system for newborns.

Parents bought this for our newborn and love the system itself but the car seat is terrible for a newborn his head wobbles everywhere and is not supported at all. I do not recommend if child is a newborn

Zero neck support for newborn/infant
I bought this seat thinking it was good for travel and safety. That is not the case. The head support is absolutely terrible and had to buy another car seat because my infants head moves all over the place in the car seat. the head support is floppy and only attached by small velco on the back. I even tried using towels to support him, but that is not recommended for infant safety. yes, the car seat is a little liger than the new one we bought but the neck support looks and is horrific compared to others. I wish Graco had more picture of the floppy neck support or I wouldn't have bought. This is more a toddler car seat/stroller, definitely not a newborn! Also, the website and names of the strollers are all very confusing and are referred to different names everywhere. Do no recommend if you want infant neck support in the car seat.

Great product
This was bought as a gift. It seems great. My grandson isn't born yet, so can't comment on its function. I was mistakenly sent the wrong item, but Graco replaced it quickly.
