Safely ride rear-facing longer! The Graco® Extend2Fit® 3-in-1 Car Seat offers 3 modes of use to grow with your child from rear-facing harness (4-50 lb) to forward-facing harness (26.5-65 lb) to highback booster (40-100 lb)**. It features a 4-position extension panel that provides up to 5” of extra rear-facing legroom, allowing your child to safely ride rear-facing longer. Children are safer riding rear-facing and should ride rear-facing as long as possible, until they reach the maximum rear-facing height or weight rating for their car seat. With Extend2Fit®, the adjustable extension panel and 50 lb rear-facing weight limit allow the seat to grow with your child in rear-facing mode, providing extended rear-facing use. The seat features the No-Rethread Simply Safe Adjust™ Harness System, which allows you to adjust the height of the headrest and harness in one motion, and InRight™ LATCH for a one-second LATCH attachment. Harnessing is made easier with fuss-free harness storage pockets that conveniently hold the harness out of the way while you get baby in and out of the car seat. What are the weight and height limits for each mode?

How do I adjust the harness and headrest?
The No-Rethread Simply Safe Adjust™ Harness System lets you adjust the harness and headrest together in one motion. Fuss-free harness storage pockets help keep the harness out of the way when placing your child in the seat.
How do I clean the seat?
Machine wash the seat pad in cold water on a delicate cycle and drip dry. Clean the buckle in warm water only, with no soap or lubricants. Surface clean the harness with mild soap and a damp cloth. Clean metal and plastic parts with mild soap and cool water.
When can I switch to booster mode?
Use highback booster mode when your child is 40–100 lb, 43–57"", and at least 4 years old.
What are the product dimensions and weight?
The seat measures approximately 19"" W x 24.5"" H x 20.75"" D and weighs about 20.6 lb.
Does the seat include cup holders?
Yes. It includes two easy-to-clean cup holders.

- CLEANING SEAT PAD: Machine wash pad in cold water with gentle soap on delicate cycle & drip dry. Do not use bleach.
- CLEANING BUCKLE: Place in a cup of warm water and gently agitate the buckle. Press red button several times while in the water. Do not submerge the buckle strap. Do not use soap, detergents or lubricants

Lots of room to grow! Love it!
Carseat arrived quickly and packaged well. Unboxing and setting up the carseat was simple. Instructions was clear and precise...no second guessing if I was setting up correctly. I adjusted the recline, harness and legroom extender in the house with my grandbaby before installing in vehicle. The harness will be super easy to adjust as she grows without having to rethread like her previous carseat. It is well padded and especially love the the little cushion attached to the harness. For right now the cup holders are perfect for hold her little toys when loading and unloading. As time goes, will love to have the two holders for snack and drink. If you have a very small vehicle, this carseat may be too bulky but for us it's perfect with lots of room to grow. Highly recommend!

My 14 month old and I LOVE this car seat!!
I am LOVING the Graco Extend2Fit 3-in-1!! It’s been a PERFECT transition for my 14 month old from his infant car seat. It’s SO comfy for him, the setup was wonderfully intuitive, and the LATCH hooks make it shockingly easy to transition the car seat from one car to another. Couldn’t give it any higher praise.

Graco Extend 2 Fit car seat
I bought this for my first grandchild after having purchasing a different brand and much cheaper car seat that felt exactly that — Cheap! I’m a believer in you get what you pay for, but in this instance I feel like I got a whole lot more! Even though my previous car seat purchase said it was approved to meet the safety standards, there was no way I would put any child in that seat as the ‘safety features’ in my opinion, were non existent. I needed up donating it to the local Salvation Army. My son and daughter-in-law suggested this particular brand and model as they had just recently purchased this as an additional one for their second car, and loved it even more than their original. By far this is one of the best car seats I’ve seen in quite awhile! Not only easy to install but I love the extra features of extending the head rest and reclining position. It’s an extra added bonus that it can be used beyond the infant stage as well! The Padding feels super soft and appears to be very comfortable ( wish I could try it out myself 😁) and the extra leg room is perfect for my growing grand daughter. Two cup holders are a bonus as well. And thankfully I don’t have to search online for the owners manual - as you’ve enclosed a hard copy that’s not only easy to follow but stows away in the car seat and won’t get lost or misplaced. Thank you for that! The harness is much easier to use than others that need an extra hand to hold all the plates together in order to buckle it up!
Sure wish this car seat was around when my children were little some 36 years ago - we’ve come a long way baby! Thank you Graco for giving this new grandmother ( and her parents ) peace of mind when traveling with my granddaughter!

Def not meant for sedans
While we love the car seat and will be keeping it, I wish it fit better in sedans. Trying to keep my two-year-old son rear-facing wasn’t working bc he was too upright that way and could never fall asleep even though he’s smaller than most two-year-olds. We had to make the move to face him forward, which is less safe, but now he can at least nap if he needs to during time in the car.
