I was gifted the stroller at my baby shower. The person who gifted it to me did not give me a gift receipt, however they provided an order number. I am a couple days out of the 30-day return policy and I've never opened the stroller. I was actually given more than one stroller at my shower and I have no need for this one. It's brand new and in the box but the company does not provide store credit either. You only have 30 days to return something if you don't use it as well as if there's some kind of manufacturer defect. And the money would go back to the original purchase. I don't know how a company can't give you store credit, especially when you don't necessarily want the money back. You just want to use it on another product on their website. I'm a new mom to be and I thought Graco was a well-known company for their baby products. While the representative was nice, the fact that there's nothing that can be done is useless for any new mom or second or third time mom. Now I'm stuck with a stroller I don't plan on using and I have to figure out what to do with it. I'm truly unhappy with the company.

Hard to fold & unfold
After 6 months of using this stroller, we now have to forcefully unfold and fold it shut, & it sounds like it’s going to break in the process. I used to be able fold and unfold it with one hand while holding my baby in my other arm, but now I have to have my husband or mother in law handle it because it’s just impossible. It’s a shame because it works so well on our nature walks but now I can’t even use it without working up a sweat just trying to set it up or break it down. I’ve also noticed it’s become harder to push, like when you pick a buggy at the store with a janky wheel.

Frustrating to use
I have been using for about a year now and over the past few months it has been getting harder to fold and unfold. It sounds like it is going to break everytime. Now it won’t fold at all and we are only able to use it around our house as it won’t fold.

I have had this stroller for less than a year and it is locking up and we are having trouble folding and unfolding it. It is clicking and sounds like it is going to fall apart when folding and unfolding very inconvenient when you are trying to use your stroller

Loved this stroller until...
I really liked this stroller until the buckle stopped unbuckling. It makes it very difficult to get my child in or out of the stroller, and I worry about a situation arising where I might need to take my child out of the stroller quickly. Since the buckle is attached to the seat, it cannot be replaced. Very disappointed, as I was hoping to use this for years.

Won’t load up or down
I bought this on Mothers day weekend. About 2 weeeks ago it quit opening without being forced open roughly. Now it won’t fold down and I don’t know how we’re going to get it back on the airplane to go home. I expected way better quality for the price and name.

Came with a flat tire
I got this stroller brand new and it came with a flat time. We have tried filling the tired with air but it doesn't seem to fill up and does not appear to have any holes or cracks in the tire. Therefore when i take my child for a walk it is a bumpy ride the whole time and it gets annoying when out for long periods of time. The stroller is also massive when folded up it hardly fits in a Jeep trunk... I wish i picked out a different Stoller because now i am struggling to figure out if i try and replace a tire on it and hope it works or buying a whole new stroller.
