The rear wheel axle bent after 2 months of usage
I purchased this stroller end of Nov 2020 and started using it only in March 2021. Last night I noticed the left wheel was wobbly . Poor quality product. I would like to get a replacement rear wheel axle and wheels.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
I really wanted to love this combo! Our daughter is now 4monthsbold and I am so over it! The carseat has always been hard to get out of the base but now it won't come out at all. I contacted graco and have yet to hear back! I can't use the convenience of just taking her carseat out and putting it on the stroller which is why we got this combo. When I did get it out the one day I put it on the stroller base and it got stuck to that (facepalm) this has been nothing but a nightmare! it doesn't easily fold, and when you have the bassinet part hooked it wont fold easy AT ALL!! SUPER BULKY!! And we don't have the money to just go buy a new carseat and stroller! VERY disappointed with graco customer service! We now have to take the baby out in the cold and rain rather then having her safe and warm and dry because of their faulty product!! If they could just give us a voucher to get a new carseat that would help!

Great stroller.
I bought this from BBB 5 months ago. I needed something easy to use and that could grow with my baby. My 10 y.o. put it together following the manual in 30 minutes ( after what he got an honorable position of "stroller keeper"). We leave ve the bassinet mode. My baby slept in it (day time) till she hit 4 month, i felt she was cozy and comfy in it. After 4 month it was not enough room
for her to turn around, which is natural. Now she is 5 m we still use the bassinet mode, i adjusted the straps to keep it little bit higher so she is not all the way flat down position. The only con side of the bassinet is the head side tiltes to down more than the feet side, so you need to put something under the sheet or move the head little bit up in order to keep baby's body straight, otherwise the head goes lover than the bottom. We haven't used the toddler seat position yet.
I like the infant car seat. It's secure and same time not super heavy. I can click it onto the base when we are out. Baby likes it too, sometimes i put it right on the bassinet when we are home and she seats and play and look around. Though i feel that baby is squashed in it but maybe it's just the way the infant seats supposed to be, so this is something I would like to have some reclining
option to it.
The steering is smooth, i have no problem with it, the wheels are good. But my 10 y.o. "expert" says the wheels need to be more flexible so they can turn around easily.

Car seat does not click to stroller easily
I purchased the Grace modes for our second baby and I got this specific one because of the different ways you can change the stroller and use the bassinet. My only problem is that it is a pain to get the car seat to connect to the stroller. You have to keep moving it until you hear a click, which takes a while. If you’re not careful the car seat can fall off the stroller. We tested this before the baby came and we put a little bit of weight on the car seat to see if it stayed and I DIDN’T.

Not as expected
I really wanted to love this stroller but when I try to fold the stroller it would get caught on the side lock and just get ruined from the front. Also the bassinet needs to be removed which take up more space when storing it. The click feature is awesome but when overall wouldn’t recommend.

Not an easy fold
I bought this travel system for my 3 month old and loved that it was a good dupe for the Nuna strollers since it has a bassinet feature. At first I thought it was user error, but this stroller isn't an easy one hand fold. Every time my husband or I would try to close the stroller, the side lock would never catch and the front bar of the stroller would get really scratched up with each attempt. After a couple of uses the wheels had dents in them as well. The car seat is great, I just don't think we'll keep using the stroller as it's not that easy to use.

Affordable and Durable
As a new mother, this product really help and convenience. It was so difficult to find the best stroller available in the market but when I saw this stroller with its feature, I bought to see how it works. And my newborn son fall in love with it immediately. Here is the list
Difficult and hard to out together
It wabbles a lot when you push it.
Hard to put the pins in.
But otherwise this is the best stroller I ever had!

Looks great
I bought this stroller as a gift for the shower for my son and daughter-in-love. However, Covid19 happened, so I had it sent directly to them. It was on their baby registry. They really liked that the stroller can be used in a bassinet mode, to make it easier to let their baby sleep if they were not at home. I personally liked the fact that an infant seat could also be used with this system. They however went for the 4 in one seat which eliminated the need for that. It did not change their choice of this stroller. If this Graco stroller, lasts as long as the Graco stroller I used for my son 30+ years ago, it will have been money well spent.

Perfect for FTM’s
Bought this for our new little one arriving soon. It can switch to 9 different modes for the stroller. The car seat can snap straight into the stroller or you can use the stroller as is. The car seat carrier is light and manageable unlink others we tested out. Great purchase.

Love it.

Lightweight & compact!!
We love this travel system for our daughter! The car seat is light, which I definitely appreciated after my C-section as I was not supposed to carry a lot of weight. The stroller is also lightweight and gas great features! We were drawn to this stroller for the bassinet feature. We put our daughter down for walks and she naps peacefully while getting some fresh air. The stroller is also easy to fold and unfold. I feel like I could do it with one hand if I tried, which is great for any mom who already has their hands full with their little one!

Versatile stroller set
