Description
The Graco® Contender™ Slim Convertible Car Seat features 2 modes of use to grow with your child from rear-facing harness (5-40 lb) to forward-facing harness (26.5-65 lb), with a slim car seat design that helps save space in your back seat. This is the perfect travel car seat as its lightweight design easily transfers from car to car, and it is certified for aircraft use to help keep your child safe while flying. It easily grows with your child with the Simply Safe Adjust™ harness system, which allows the headrest and harness to adjust together in one motion. The included LATCH and easy-to-read level indicator help make installation easier. This car seat conveniently features a removable, dishwasher-safe cup holder, a machine-washable seat pad, and 2 recline positions for ease of use. The car seat is Graco® ProtectPlus Engineered™ to help protect in frontal, side, rear, and rollover crashes.

- CLEANING BUCKLE: Place in a cup of warm water and gently agitate the buckle. Press red button several times while in the water. Do not submerge the buckle strap. Do not use soap, detergents or lubricants.

Effective and Easy
I bought this car seat to fit into my mother’s smaller sedan. Its really safe and does not weigh too much. The ideal seat for the space we had and it feels very comfortable. Would recommend to anyone who needs a safe ride for the little one but also comfortable for the front passenger/driver.

Awesome upgrade
A great upgrade for our almost-three year olds travel seat! It’s lightweight and comfortable and easy to install. I carried it through the whole airport without a bag or dolly—which wasn’t easy but it was doable!

Great travel car seat!
I bought this for my 19 month old as a travel car seat. It’s very easy to install and much lighter than his every day car seat. He seemed very comfortable in it and it was very easy to transport around the airport with a hand cart. We loved how adjustable the head rest portion is and felt it was very safe. I really have no complaints!

Great Travel Car Seat
I was looking for a car seat that could be used during travel and finally landed on the Contender Slim. Though more pricey than I envisioned, it meets my needs as a car seat that's lighter weight, easy to carry, and easy to install. I've packed it up for airplane travel twice so far. Not for just on the plane, but for rental cars at arrival due to not trusting Car agency Car seats. The seat has withstood being checked on flights with ease. Of note, I do place it in a padded travel bag before checking. It serves it's intended purpose.

Great Travel Car Seat
We purchased this seat for my son to take on a trip and I’m so glad! The fabrics are soft and the seat is comfortable. We can use the seat in the airplane and car and bring it along it in the airport with no problem! I It being lightweight without sacrificing safety was a big reason we made the purchase!

10/10 for Travel/Slim Carseat
I bought this car seat with 2 purposes in mind.
1. A back up car seat in my husband’s car. He won’t use it every often but when he does, something slim and compact works great for his Kia Soul and isn’t too heavy or bulky!
2. An airplane/travel car seat this summer when we take a 6 hour flight. I wanted something that felt sturdier and safer than the popular suggested travel car seat, but still light weight and slim! This one fit the bill, and is PERFECT!
I would recommend this car seat to anyone looking for one that is light weight and slim, but still comfortable, sturdy, and has a ton of features (angles adjustment, latch system, cup holders, etc). My baby sleeps great in this seat and is very similar to his main car seat.
