Returns are only accepted for items purchased on the Gracobaby.com website or through our telesales line and within 30 days of purchase. Graco does not accept returns of items purchased through any third-party, including its retail partners. By placing an order on Gracobaby.com, you are accepting this return policy.

Purchases made on Gracobaby.com can be returned via mail within 30 days of purchase. Returns are free through the Return Portal.

Fill out the Start a Return form or use your order history in My Account. An email confirmation will be sent to you with step-by-step instructions on how to return your product.
