Unsanitary
I would really like this chair except that the fabric cover does not come off for washing. I’m going to have to replace the whole chair with something that I can clean.

Disappointed
Everytime I move the seat recline function back it doesn't lock on both sides and my daughter has gone backwards even though it was supposedly locked. Very unsafe!

Look elsewhere
I loved this high chair at first. It's cute, folds easy, and is lightweight. Graco is always my go to for baby products. I bought this for my first baby, planning to use it for future children as well. I was extremely disappointed to discover that after taking off the cover and removing the straps a few times to wash them, the hip straps become nearly impossible to remove. The fabric wrinkles and the straps become too wide for the opening. I reached out to Graco as I had only been using this chair for a few months when I started having problem, I was given the runaround and then told I can't even purchase replacement straps for the chair, and then I was just left hanging. I'm extremely disappointed as there is no way I will be able to use this chair for future children with how dirty the straps get. If you're looking to purchase a high chair that will last you a while, I recommend looking elsewhere

Cushion Design Flaw
The seat cushion is impossible to remove. The seat cushion isn’t replaceable. If it weren’t for these design flaws this would be a perfect chair. But this flaw in design is major when you have an accident in the chair. The only way to fix this is to get a whole new chair.

Impossible to clean
This chair is great-until you need to clean it. Which as anyone with a baby or toddler knows-it might need to be cleaned every feeding. The cover is non-removable. So the food that has spilled will stain and stay for the lifetime of the chair. I wish I could return it

Smelly and not very durable
My husband and I received two as gifts for our twins and initially liked them even though we weren’t sure about the basket underneath. After six months of use the pad is falling apart and there’s not a way to order another one. The crumbs go through the chair and are caught by the basket. The worst think is the folding strap. Food gets caught by the strap under the little flap and now it’s starting to smell. I couldn’t find a way to order a replacement. I wanted to try to take it off and clean it but I’m not sure if it’s go back on. This pull strap got dirty instantly and continues to get worse.

Worst Seat Cushion Design!
We love the slim design, ease of attaching and removing tray & how easy it is to clean, but the seat cushion shredded after light regular use and you can't remove the cushion to properly clean it. Crumbs get caught in all the nooks and crannies and it would have been so nice if you could remove the cushion to clean it. A major design flaw because now I will have to get a whole new high chair for our next child. This is not built to last.

Good chair, doesn't last
This chair works great for our small apartment, being able to fold it up and put it away. After about a year of use we have had no issues with it aside from noticably wearing out the seat cushion form 3x daily wipedowns . the seat cover starting to break apart at the seams, and the harness straps are super stained. I contacted Graco customer service and neither the straps or the seat cover can be ordered as replacement items. I'd need to buy an entire new chair. I'll probably replace it with a different brand where I can get replacement parts as they wear out.
