- CLEANING SEAT PAD: Machine wash pad & canopy in cold water with gentle soap on delicate cycle & drip dry. Do not use bleach
- CLEANING BUCKLE: Place in a cup of warm water and gently agitate the buckle. Press red button several times while in the water. Do not submerge the buckle strap. Do not use soap, detergents or lubricants
- CLEANING HARNESS: Surface wash only with mild soap & damp cloth or wipes. Do not immerse harness straps or latch strap in water. For full instructions see here

Very disappointed 😔
We got this car seat. I love the car seat but it has something loose and will not come off of the base most of the time when trying to pull it out of the car. Now I am needing a new car seat, don’t want to buy another one of these if it will have the same problem we only had it for 3 months my son was just born in January we bought it in November for him. We loved it, but now we have to buy a new car seat

Ok but…
The base is very secure in the seat but the car seat is not secure in the base.
When I put the car seat into the base it is very loose. I am able to shake it and move the car seat (not the base). I’m not sure if this is a flaw or if it supposed to be like that? I need the seat in two days and customer service is closed on the weekends.

I have Received my car seat today and let me tell you!! I’m so excited! It’s beautiful! So simple to take out of the base and to put back in! It looks so so comfy for my newborn, he’s not here until February but I’m very happy with my purchase ! If you are thinking of buying this, just buy it !! You won’t regret it!

Car seat
Haven’t used yet but will update after use. First let me say I love how it is gender neutral and just is a very nice looking car seat! Very soft fabric and canopy. The car seat is pretty lightweight. The one button adjusted is a little tricky at first so I recommend doing it a couple times. Definitely an upgrade from my old Graco car seat!
