What if the item is damaged during the 100-Day Trial?

An item cannot be returned if it sustains any damage caused by any of the following factors: misuse, poor maintenance, improper installation, corrosion, mold, rust, sun exposure, sweat, detergent, or accident. 

What if I purchased accessories for my item?

Only qualifying items are subject to the 100 Day Trial – all other items are subject to our standard return policy.

What is the process for returning the item if I am not satisfied?

You can access your order details online through your account to initiate the return process.

Do I need to return the item in the original packaging?

No, any packaging is fine; however, all included parts must be returned.

If I used Afterpay to buy the item, do I still qualify?

Yes, all purchase methods including Afterpay qualify for the 100-Day Free Trial.

Do free returns apply to the 100-Day Trial?

Only unopened items are available for free return shipping within the first 30 days. Once you open and use the item, customers must pay shipping

costs for their return.
