Exactly what we needed
I received this product from Stellar Product Testing Panel in exchange for my honest opinion, and I am SO glad I did. I just have birth to my second baby 3 weeks ago and this chair is exactly what we were looking for. The Graco Close2Baby 3-in-1 checked off almost all the requirements of our ideal highchair.
First and foremost, the materials are top notch! The seat fabric is soft and plush. The frame is sturdy and the straps and buckles are well made; not too thin, thick, nor flimsy. I feel comfortable knowing my baby will feel support and comfort while using this high chair.
Secondly, we love that it has the Newborn SecureSeat equipment included. As previously mentioned, our baby is three weeks old. We have a long way to go before she can sit upright on a regular highchair. The SecureSeat has been amazing at providing a safe, elevated spot for our tiniest to rest as our four year old and our cat run around the house.
Third, the color/design is neutral and matches pretty much any part of our home.
Finally, we absolutely love the many different ways we can use this highchair. The newborn secure seat is the only one we have tested so far, but the fact that the backrest and footrest are adjustable is great. The tray and fabrics look and feel super easy to clean. And the fact that it can turn into a stool for older kiddos (up to 60 lbs) is even better! It will hopefully last us a very long time!
The one thing we wish it had is some way to collapse and store it, but honestly it's not like it is massive and in the way all the time; it is just a feature that would be nice to have. We are so grateful and excited to be able to keep testing the Close2Baby 3-in-1 as our littlest grows.

Aesthetically beautiful and functional
I received this item free as part of the Stelar Product Testing Panel. The Graco Close2Baby 3-in-1 Highchair with Newborn SecureSeat was first used with the newborn secure seat since my 3 month old was not yet able to sit up and the height was perfect for when we needed to feed him at our dining table. Although our baby has still not started solids, we started using the chair closer to 4 months to help develop his muscles to sit up. Next thing you know he is able to play independently with toys. I can’t wait to start feeding him since the tray is removable for easy washing. Only negative is this does snag pretty easily but that is not really a concern for me. I did not have to wash this item yet but you can easily clean every nook and cranny. The color is beautiful and the durability feels like it will last long. This took about 15 minutes to put together and I was able to switch out the newborn and secure seat with one hand while holding my baby. Too easy! I look forward to many more uses of this item!

3 in 1 Graco Close2Baby High chair
Thank you to Stellar Product Panel for sending me the Graco Close2Baby 3-in-1 highchair! I am new mom of 2 under 2 and this highchair has been a lifesaver the last few weeks! The infant seat is wonderful to put my newborn in a safe place while caring for my toddler. I love how sleek and clean this product looks. The neutral color and look matches my home very well. I am so excited to have this high chair grow with my 2nd child. The fabric is easily removable to clean. We’re able to move the highchair throughout our home as needed due to the lightweight of it! I also love the ergonomic design of this chair to safely introduce solids to my child when the time comes.

My Favorite Highchair
We received this highchair as a part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel for our third baby, so we have had experience with a few different kinds and this has been a favorite so far! First of all, it’s so much cuter than most and it’s minimal so I don’t mind keeping it out all the time.
We got the highchair when our baby was a little too big for the newborn seat so we did not get to try that out, but it would have been so nice to use for him to sit around the dinner table with us! It fits perfectly at our dinner table, he can either use the tray or slide right up to the table!
He’s just learning to sit up so even though we haven’t been able to use it for him to eat at, he loves sitting there and playing! It’s a perfect seat for him to sit in while we’re eating or just want to keep him stationary for awhile so I can get some things done around the house.
My only complaint so far would be the fabric. We are a low tox household and I wish the fabric on the chair was cotton or something similar. But all in all, I would definitely recommend this and will keep using it as he grows!

Simple Functional and Easy to Use
My first thought was that it just seemed like an ordinary highchair to me, similar to others that can grow with your child. I would like to say.. I absolutely loved how easy it was to switch from the Newborn SecureSeat to the highchair. I wasn't sure if I would switch between the two often depending on how difficult it is, but it was so easy that I will continue to use both functions. My toddler definitely loved sitting in the highchair and has been choosing this one over her other one lately. My infant also seemed to like being in the newborn seat - she looked really comfortable on it. I like the idea of having her seated near us by the table instead of having to look down and her look up at us - she can feel more connected during our mealtimes. My infant also had her first solids on the highchair mode and she was comfortably seated in it. It was so easy to clean afterwards as well, especially the straps as they're made of silicone vs nylon (our other one). I'm starting to appreciate this highchair more and more, and it's easily becoming the seat of choice for both of my children. The foot rest also slides easily to change settings. This feature isn't my favorite because I'm worried if there's risk of sliding while my toddler climbs onto the seat, but for now my husband loves that it's an easy mechanism (our other chair needs to be loosened each time before we can adjust the footrest). The highchair also came well-packaged with each part in its own molded insert. Putting it together was also very easy as each piece had a negative and positive shape with metal threads inside, giving us the piece of mind knowing that we can tighten it properly and aligned without stripping it. The cavities also made it easy to know which side side faces out. Now what I wished was different.. The tray seems to be on the smaller side. It may not be a big deal for some people, but at least for us and the plates I purchased for my toddler, the tray was a bit too small. Not a dealbreaker, but it barely had space to fit her bottle as well (see picture), so I probably won't use the tray for her. Also for the Newborn SecureSeat, I'm sure it's secure enough as it is, but I think it would be nicer if the latch on the back was a little longer so that it actually latches onto the back piece, just as an extra safety measure. The instructions also could be a bit more clear. It isn't too difficult to figure out, but it wasn't consistent. For example, each hardware were separated by different types and labeled with letters, which was nice, but the chair legs/pieces were not labeled. Again, not too hard to figure out, but the instructions say to get parts E & F but other than in the beginning with the images, the pieces themselves are not actually lettered. Other than that, we are really enjoying this highchair. I was given this highchair to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel.

Graco Goes Luxe with a Great New High Chair
I received this high chair as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel in exchange for my honest review.
Graco really went high-end with this new high chair. Right from unboxing, I couldn't believe it was a Graco product. The materials are incredibly soft, the neutral color palette is beautiful, and the warm wood-tone base blends seamlessly into my dining room and overall aesthetic. It looks very much like another popular premium high chair, but Graco included one feature that made all the difference for me (and honestly, the reason I didn't purchase the other one when I was shopping): it's suitable from birth.
My 11-week-old LOVES sitting in the infant seat while his sister eats breakfast and I pack lunches in the morning. It's become one of his favorite places in the house, and he genuinely seems happier there than in our swing or bouncer. Having him included at the table from day one has been an unexpected favorite feature.
Since my infant isn't sitting independently yet, I tested the traditional high chair setup with my toddler. She said the seat is very comfortable, loves having a footrest (bonus points for being adjustable), and I appreciated how easily the tray slides on and off. The real hero, though, is the wipe-clean harness. No cloth straps! Cleaning a high chair after a messy meal is bad enough without trying to scrub food out of fabric straps, so this is a small detail that makes a big difference.
Where this high chair shines:
- Beautiful, neutral design that looks much more premium than expected
- Plush, comfortable padding
- Suitable from birth through toddlerhood
- Easy-to-remove tray
- Wipe-clean materials that simplify cleanup
- Adjustable, ergonomic design
What could be improved (and why I'm giving it 4 stars at this price point):
- The infant recline is a bit flatter than I'd prefer. My baby seems happiest sitting slightly more upright, and I found the fabric divider between the legs to be larger than necessary.
- The tray has several crevices and exposed screws where food can collect. At this price point, I'd love to see a cleaner, more seamless design.
- The tray is a bit smaller than I personally prefer
- My dad said the instructions were not easy to follow
Overall, this is a thoughtfully designed high chair and a strong new entry into the premium high chair market. With just a few refinements, I think it could easily be a 5-star product. We're looking forward to using it for years to come, and I'm grateful to Stellar for the opportunity to test it.

Beautiful and Functional High Chair
We’ve been using the Graco Close2Baby 3-in-1 High Chair for the last few weeks and I am honestly so impressed with it. Our daughter is 4 months old and is loving the newborn attachment to relax in and still feel part of my daily activities in the kitchen and dining areas. The materials feel very luxe and the chair is aesthetically so beautiful and fits right into our home’s neutral decor. It feels very sturdy and safe, but is also lightweight enough where I can move it around easily.
I specifically appreciate the thoughtful design of the harness buckle. It is easy to clip and unclip but also provides a protective layer for my baby so I don’t accidentally pinch her or her clothing at any point and provides nice padding. The fabric pieces are also easy to remove and wash, which is so helpful with a baby who is learning to blow lots of bubbles. We have not tried it out as an actual chair for eating solids, as she has yet to reach that milestone, but based on the quality and looks so far, I would absolutely choose this over some of the other luxury high-chairs on the market, especially with this one including the newborn attachment out of the box, which is a huge plus.
I love that this chair will grow with my baby and will be used daily moving forward. Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this high chair.

Loving Our New High Chair
I love the Graco Close2Baby 3-in-1 Highchair with Newborn SecureSeat because it looks so stylish, modern and offers an elevated look with its neutral colors and smooth wooden base. It only took me 15 minutes to assemble, and I did not need any complicated tools.
I love the silicone harness straps because I don’t need to wash them every time they get dirty; a simple wipe and they are good as new. Although the beige fabric looks amazing, it tends to get dirty with almost every meal. However, it is super easy to remove and throw in the wash on a delicate cycle, then just hang to dry and it is ready for baby’s next meal.
I wish I had found this high chair sooner because it comes with a newborn secure seat with a 5-point harness. My one-year-old started using this high chair on stage 2 with the two-position recliner to adjust my toddlers backrest. I love that this chair will grow with my daughter since it has a youth stool that can hold up to 60 pounds.
For areas of improvement, the tray could be slightly larger to accommodate wider, round plates. It should also be switched to a material that allows suction plates to stick better. While the insert tray can be used directly as a plate, it needs a more defined edge to secure food and prevent it from falling off. Never the less this high chair is definitely a top-tier baby product and we are obsessed with it. Thanks to the Stellar Panel for providing me with this high chair.
