Safely ride rear-facing longer! The Graco® Extend2Fit® 3-in-1 Car Seat offers 3 modes of use to grow with your child from rear-facing harness (4-50 lb) to forward-facing harness (26.5-65 lb) to highback booster (40-100 lb)**. It features a 4-position extension panel that provides up to 5” of extra rear-facing legroom, allowing your child to safely ride rear-facing longer. Children are safer riding rear-facing and should ride rear-facing as long as possible, until they reach the maximum rear-facing height or weight rating for their car seat. With Extend2Fit®, the adjustable extension panel and 50 lb rear-facing weight limit allow the seat to grow with your child in rear-facing mode, providing extended rear-facing use. The seat features the No-Rethread Simply Safe Adjust™ Harness System, which allows you to adjust the height of the headrest and harness in one motion, and InRight™ LATCH for a one-second LATCH attachment. What are the weight and height limits for each mode?
Extend2Fit® 3-in-1 grows with your child across three modes. Rear-facing harness is for 4–50 lb, with your child’s head at least 1"" below the handle. Forward-facing harness is for 26.5–65 lb, up to 49"". Highback booster mode is for 40–100 lb, 43–57"", and at least 4 years old.

How do I adjust the harness and headrest?
The No-Rethread Simply Safe Adjust™ Harness System lets you adjust the harness and headrest together in one motion. Fuss-free harness storage pockets help keep the harness out of the way when placing your child in the seat.
How do I clean the seat?
Machine wash the seat pad in cold water on a delicate cycle and drip dry. Clean the buckle in warm water only, with no soap or lubricants. Surface clean the harness with mild soap and a damp cloth. Clean metal and plastic parts with mild soap and cool water.
When can I switch to booster mode?
Use highback booster mode when your child is 40–100 lb, 43–57"", and at least 4 years old.
What are the product dimensions and weight?
The seat measures approximately 19"" W x 24.5"" H x 20.75"" D and weighs about 20.6 lb.
Does the seat include cup holders?
Yes. It includes two easy-to-clean cup holders.

- CLEANING SEAT PAD: Machine wash pad in cold water with gentle soap on delicate cycle & drip dry. Do not use bleach.
- CLEANING BUCKLE: Place in a cup of warm water and gently agitate the buckle. Press red button several times while in the water. Do not submerge the buckle strap. Do not use soap, detergents or lubricants

My 14 month old and I LOVE this car seat!!
I am LOVING the Graco Extend2Fit 3-in-1!! It’s been a PERFECT transition for my 14 month old from his infant car seat. It’s SO comfy for him, the setup was wonderfully intuitive, and the LATCH hooks make it shockingly easy to transition the car seat from one car to another. Couldn’t give it any higher praise.

Graco Extend 2 Fit car seat
I bought this for my first grandchild after having purchasing a different brand and much cheaper car seat that felt exactly that — Cheap! I’m a believer in you get what you pay for, but in this instance I feel like I got a whole lot more! Even though my previous car seat purchase said it was approved to meet the safety standards, there was no way I would put any child in that seat as the ‘safety features’ in my opinion, were non existent. I needed up donating it to the local Salvation Army. My son and daughter-in-law suggested this particular brand and model as they had just recently purchased this as an additional one for their second car, and loved it even more than their original. By far this is one of the best car seats I’ve seen in quite awhile! Not only easy to install but I love the extra features of extending the head rest and reclining position. It’s an extra added bonus that it can be used beyond the infant stage as well! The Padding feels super soft and appears to be very comfortable ( wish I could try it out myself 😁) and the extra leg room is perfect for my growing grand daughter. Two cup holders are a bonus as well. And thankfully I don’t have to search online for the owners manual - as you’ve enclosed a hard copy that’s not only easy to follow but stows away in the car seat and won’t get lost or misplaced. Thank you for that! The harness is much easier to use than others that need an extra hand to hold all the plates together in order to buckle it up!
Sure wish this car seat was around when my children were little some 36 years ago - we’ve come a long way baby! Thank you Graco for giving this new grandmother ( and her parents ) peace of mind when traveling with my granddaughter!

Def not meant for sedans
While we love the car seat and will be keeping it, I wish it fit better in sedans. Trying to keep my two-year-old son rear-facing wasn’t working bc he was too upright that way and could never fall asleep even though he’s smaller than most two-year-olds. We had to make the move to face him forward, which is less safe, but now he can at least nap if he needs to during time in the car.

Awesome newborn carseat upgrade
We installed this about a month ago and have been loving it since! We got the gray color and it's gorgeous but also we feel so secure knowing that our son is in a top rated safe car seat. There's a ton of legroom and he sits way more upright and seems a lot more comfortable since he switched to a convertible car seat from his newborn seat.

Dependable, easy car seat.
I bought this car seat about a month ago. My 3 year old grandson loves it and only wants to go in my car so he can sit in his new car seat. He gets in the car so easily and helping him get in and using the seat belts is very easy to do. He is very secure and comfortable. Love the extra foot room.

Great car seat! Highly recommend!
Bought this car seat about a month ago since our baby outgrew the infant one. It’s really made with to make kiddos comfortable. It’s also very sturdy and easy to install. Try to install it with the car seat base and just snap two clips on the side to the base. That’s it for the rear facing! It also has adjustable part for legs so kids have extra legroom. My baby is tall, so it wasn’t easy to find a car seat that would fit him. This one is supposed to be able to hold kids until they reach 100ib so should last for a while. There is a recline option with multiple setting options. Harness is a little tight, so that is my only issue. Padding is removable and washable. Overall worth the price!

Highly recommend.
After buying the Graco 3 in 1, car rides with my son have been so much easier. The Graco 3 in 1 makes adjusting the carseat to fit so simple. I highly recommend this product for transporting a young child. The support and space along with a few handy accessories makes it a great choice for safety and accessibility.

Space saver
We initially picked this car seat for its known small footprint front to back but it has been a positive experience all around. Install whether rear facing or forward facing is very straight forward. It's easy to get a snug fit at the belt path. It's actually very easy to install and move from car to car if needed. We drive an Acura RDX, the backs of the front seats have an odd shape and a hard shell back. This made it difficult to fit many car seats without sacrificing a substantial amount of leg room for the driver or passenger. The Extend2Fit, once installed rear facing, saved an incredible amount of space. The front to back footprint is unmatched to many other car seats out there. Not to mention the extend panel for extra leg space for baby when needed and a higher rear facing weight limit. My son has been in this car seat since he was 10 months old. He is now 4 and forward facing. He's never once complained about being uncomfortable. The only reason I rate 4 stars is the cup holders. I find that most water bottles aren't a great fit but instead can somewhat squeeze in there enough for not fall out.
