The parent tray needs work
Overall a great stroller, mostly because of its ease of use. Folding and unfolding is amazing while you're in the go running errands. Being able to double canopy and a peekaboo mesh to still see baby is fantastic.
The only fail is quite glaring and makes all the great things dissipate into a cloud of frustration. THE PARENT TRAY. The cup holders are too small for nearly every bottle ever packaged. Ive almost lost my phone several times due to it flipping and flopping in the too small square tray, falling into the canopy or on the ground. So now instead of a peaceful enjoyable walk with baby it's a challenge to juggle.

Car seat feels flimsy and cheap
The car seat seems cheap and flimsy, like a power wheel could wreck it.
The base has no foot!!!! The manual actually says to put a towel under the base to make it level! How about you just make quality products that can adjust as needed.
We have used Graco for 15 years and I have always recommended them to everyone as being safe, good quality and affordable and I can't say any of those things about this car seat. I'm in shock this is a Graco product. It feels like a child's toy car seat for their baby doll.

Stroller is great. Throw seat in trash!
I bought this for my baby and couldn’t even use it for 5 weeks. There’s hardly any cushion to keep a baby comfortable. Her poor tail bone area of her back had no support and hurts in this seat. Had to upgrade to a more comfortable option so she didn’t scream for hours. Because this is a system I couldn’t return to target either! Money WASTED

Don’t love it..
I don’t love this seat, it feels very flimsy and not as durable as the Graco seats I’ve purchased in the past. Also, i hate the base and the way your supposed to look at the sticker versus the bubble to make sure it’s at the correct placement. The stroller is nice and has been good with motions so far.

Back Wheels
This was gifted to me for my baby shower in August. I went to load it in the car the other day to take baby to the park and not one, but both back wheels fell off. I put them back on, but they don’t stay on. Any solution in sight? Would hate to return and have to spend more money on another travel system. Car seat works great!
