Rated 1 out of 5 by from Front wheel is horrible!!! I got this for a baby shower gift. The first stroller I got the front wheel was bent and it shook like a car out of alignment. They sent me a replacement and it is horrible. The front wheel does not turn and often gets stuck. It is impossible to push it anywhere! I do not recommend.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Front wheel issues We love many things about this stroller and love our Graco products, but this front wheel issue is huge. Ours gets super shaky and even feels like it may fall off. We've had it for awhile now and it's getting worse. I was really hoping this stroller would last and hate to have to buy a new one as this is likely our last kiddo. My husband has tried everything, even having to flip the stroller over mid-walk or jog while having to take our toddler out so he can work on it so it's safe for her to sit in for the remainder of the walk (but still doesn't fix the issue). Help! P.S. also agree about the phone holder feature. It's a cool idea in theory, but a waste since it doesn't hold any phones of today's sizes so we can't even put anything on that tray now with the clip in the way.

I had my 9 month old strapped in yesterday and the front wheel suddenly went side ways and the entire stroller flipped on the side. We are know where near the weight limit and I will as walking not even quickly. I would never buy this stroller again. Definitely not fit to walk or jog with. (This happened on our sidewalk)

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Can’t jog with this jogger stroller! We’ve had the jogger stroller for just over a year (bought before our daughter was born). We’ve liked it as a regular stroller but now that she is big enough to run with in it we were excited to try the running feature. Like a lot of the reviewers here are saying - the front wheel makes it awful for running. Ours is actually mounted to the wheel base crooked so there is no way you can run with the wheel locked without it veering into traffic. Very disappointing as we had planned to run regularly now that baby is old enough (and it’s just out of warranty because we couldn’t really try running with her earlier.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Front wheel on stroller received not as pictured I was so excited when I ordered this stroller since I was gifted a babytrend jogger travel system and loved the ride but wasn’t a fan of the material on the car seat or stroller (my baby would sweat so easily because of it). Saw this one was on sale as well as the snugride snugfit dlx in the Hamilton color way and I loved that I could create my own travel system since I didn’t like the car seat that would’ve come with this stroller if I had ordered it as the system. It was easy to put together except when it came to the front tire. I was struggling to get it to look like the picture since I saw the direction the spoke was facing on the box, as well as the product picture above. Well upon further research, the stroller I received has the spoke going the opposite way. I’m wondering if that’s why I and so many others complaining about the front wheel are having issues with the wheel going whichever way it wants or getting stuck. Notice how the spoke is going inwards on the product picture but on the stroller I received it’s flipped and it shows that’s how it’s supposed to go on the instruction manual so clearly something is going on with Graco’s manufacturing that isn’t matching with the stroller they’re advertising for sale. I dread having to take my baby out anywhere now since the stroller is so hard to maneuver because of that front wheel issue. I reached out to customer service and have yet to hear back regarding this

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible everyday/running stroller I got this stroller with the anticipation to go on runs or even WALKS with my kiddo. I hate doing both with this stroller. Even with the front wheel locked it constantly vests to the right and we have to constantly adjust to no go off the curb or cliff. If the front wheel is unlocked I have to kick the front wheel into place to go forward. Once it gets sideways you just go in circles. Honestly the only thing good I have to say about this stroller is that my car seat came with it. I’m a runner and wanted to do that with my daughter. I wish I would have done more research.
