Manufacturing Date

I thought I was getting a pair???
I bought a stroller while I was pregnant and didn't attempt to put it together until baby was here (definitely learned my lesson). The stroller did not come with the cotter pins. I spent 10 dollars for a pair of cotter pins and waited about a week for them to arrive, only to open the package and see I only received 1 ( the stroller requires 2). I am now gonna be forced to spend another 10 dollars and wait even more time, meanwhile I am 4 weeks postpartum lugging a baby and a car seat around. Its a lovely stroller I love the quality for the price but at this point I am so frustrated and upset I just want to return it. Too bad I discarded the box already :(

Stroller without all needed supplies
The stroller is really nice, but would be nicer IF all the items were included with the package, it had to be put together, and was missing the cotter Pins. So I had to purchase them for @10.00 which includes shipping and handling. Why wouldn't it have been in the original package. Everything was gone thru and no cotter pins.

Missing parts & no response from customer service
Bought stroller. This was missing. Ordered it online and there was only one pin. Had to order again. Reached out to customer service when I saw it was missing from the stroller and never heard back.

Look Again!
I’m writing this because I was also one of the many that went to reorder cotter pin, my husband and I thought they were missing and saw a bunch of others had also said the same thing, we looked at the red bag again and there they were, they are VERY small in a small separate part of the bag… we maybe think some thought the pins were missing but they just didn’t see them… hopefully this is helpful!

Carter pin missing
Absolutely disappointed bought this product on September and still couldn’t assemble it as the package was missing corter pin and customer care couldnt help much as we moved to toronto. Tried ordering carter pin from amazon nd Canadian tire but nothing worked not sure how would they cant send a carter pin as its missing also i tried ordering it to US but the order got canceled 😡 it’s highly frustrating nd tiring now

It’s only one cotter pin even though the picture shows two. Frustrating that I still can’t assemble my stroller, and now I have to pay shipping again for a $1 pin. (And shipping shouldn’t cost $5 for something so tiny that could be mailed with a cheap postage stamp!) Also just frustrated that my stroller didn’t come with these in the first place and I’m having to deal with it since Graco customer service was no help.

MISSING COTTER PIN
Bought a stroller at Target and the cotter pins were missing. So inconvenient as I didn’t assemble the stroller till a couple days before I needed it.
