The chair’s legs can come out, causing the chair to fall to the ground. Children can suffer serious
injuries from the fall.

Solution:
Consumers should stop using the highchairs
immediately and call Graco at (800) 345-4109 Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 5
p.m. EST to receive a free repair kit. Consumers also can write to Graco Children’s Products Inc., Graco
Consumer Care, 4110 Premier Drive, High Point, NC 27265. Consumers should have the highchair in front of
them when they call Graco.
