Stopped working after two weeks
I bought this swing for my 3 month old. Was used only for a few minutes at a time on lowest setting and after two weeks it just stopped working. I have submitted a claim with Graco website directly and still no response. I really loved this product but after seeing how it only worked properly for less than a month on my infant I am going to have to rate 1 star. I will be sure to come back and change my review if I can get this issued resolved.

Mediocre swing
I bought this swing a month before my baby was born, and she’s been in it for 7 months. It’s worked great until the last week. The motor is making an awful sound and it will not swing on its own. She hasn’t extended the weight limit, so I’m upset that it didn’t last.

Meh gets the job done I guess
Not the best one for sure.
Securing straps are doubled so the baby arms tend to get stuck in between constantly.
One 1 white sound/music choice. I had a similar priced One from other brand and that one had multiple sounds as well of volume adjustment. This one doesn’t.
The vibration function although it’s a good idea, it’s horribly loud, sounds very cheap (but then again this is Graco we’re talking about)
Lastly, in order for you to have music/sounds/vibration, you must have 3 batteries on it. I swear I wonder what kind of doofus was behind the design of these.
Still debating if I should return or not

Bouncer broke!
We love this product until it broke, the material seems very durable so I’m unsure of why it broke. I was just bouncing my baby and it snapped. Me and my baby were both very scared. Overall a great product, but definitely needs more durable materials!

Motor burnt out
I bought my soothe and sway back in 2020 for my first child and he loved it and worked wonderful. i brought it back out a month ago and now the light on the motor is blinking and will only work sometimes and has an electric burning smell every time i turn in on and i cant find a replacement piece for the motor part and the vibration thing has completely stopped working. I love all things graco but upset about the motor and vibration no longer working.

Burnt out motor
Purchased the in November and after a month it was not swinging. Now it’s not even vibrating. Always love my Graco products but this one is a fail.

Motor burned out
Wow. Almost all my products are from Graco. Our bassinet, stroller, car seats, etc. The motor burned out on our swing so I contacted them for help. At first it seemed easy and I was glad to be a Graco mom. They want me to package up the swing and ship it back for inspection. That means I’d have to disassemble, find a huge box, take to FedEx. I am so disappointed right now. When I read the reviews originally, I thought I’d be happy with this swing but I definitely don’t recommend it. I’m getting ready to buy a high chair and am even rethinking purchasing the Graco one in my cart.
