All Graco swings seem to die
This was provided as a warranty replacement for the last Graco swing I had. That one also died. Plugged in or batteries, it just stopped working one day. Really disappointed as my infant son loved it.

My favorite swing
My kids could not nap without this swing. It has a three-point harness for safety. It folds in half so it is portable. The assembly was harder than most, but very worth it and it is very durable because it will hold a good amount of a decent amount of weight and still raw very high side sidewithout making noise I think it’s my favorite toy that I got for my kids

Disappointed
The swing worked for two years. We recently had another baby so pulled the swing out of storage and it will not work. It worked prior to storage! The light stays on but no swinging action or music. Incredibly disappointing.

This is by far one of my top favorite swings. I love that you can also use it as a bouncy seat and a swing. You can also turn the swing in different directions.

reliable, safe, and comfortable swing
I have been using this swing for my baby, and here are my thoughts:
The harness and secure structure give me peace of mind that my baby is safe while swinging or rocking. It feels sturdy and well-built.
My baby seems to love the plush seat, and the gentle motion often puts them to sleep quickly. The material is soft and cozy.
It seems durable so far, handling daily use without any noticeable wear.
I highly recommend it!!!

My baby was a fussy one and this swing was our life saver. I loved that it rocked forward and backwards and side to side. The music was calming and my baby loved it. Super easy to assemble. Love that it was washable and easy to clean. Highly recommend

Nice swing
I really liked this swing for my baby. It has built in music and white noise options. It will swing side to side or front to back. I loved this feature because I was able to change it up. It looked very comfortable for my baby as the material was very cushiony. It is removable so I was able to wash it. The full sear is also detachable. When I needed to use the restroom, I would just take him with me. A really nice and durable swing!! I can’t wait to use it with my next baby.

DANGEROUS FIRE HAZARD!!!
this was given as a gift at my grandsons baby shower. The power cord shorted out, we decided to put batteries in it and as soon as we did the swing went fast and music was static. within 2 minutes we smelt something hot and like chemicals. The motor was smoking!!! this is a very dangerous swing please do not purchase it..

Swing that grows with baby!
The only baby rocker you will ever need! We have used this since we came home from hospital with our daughter and she is now 4 months and we still use it ever day. The multiple features is great and has grown with our daughter. I use this ever morning while I’m getting some work done and having her right there with me and being content is great! This swing was easy to put together and to go between the swing the bouncer is very easy.

This swing works and does what it's supposed to. It plays music and has a vibrating seat also has several swing speed settings. My only problem with it is the base is pretty big which takes up a lot of space and makes it hard to move.

Do not buy- doesn’t work long!
Got under 5 uses out of this before suddenly broken. Worked with customer care to reach a solution & even with getting every extra part, it would not work. They said there was nothing more that could be done. So disappointing they do not stand by their products

Great once you can get it together.
This helps with nap time, keeping our baby asleep without having to hold and rock her. I love the fact it swings in both directions and doubles as a bouncer rocker. The matrial is clearly of high quality. Its soft, thick, and easy to remove.

A replaceable assistant!
The cover of the swing is removable, it can be washed in the car in a gentle mode, at first we ate in an armchair in this, we had to wash it often. The fabric of the seat cover is very soft (velvet).
Small soft toys hang above the chair. In addition, the control module allows you to adjust the swing to the wishes of mom and baby: the sound and intensity of rocking are adjustable, you can choose a melody.

Swing not working after 5 months, disappointment.
At my baby’s last check up she weighed 15lbs, well yesterday he swing stopped working…..I’ve literally had this thing for 5 months. All of the major products I own for my baby are Graco, if this is an indicator of the quality of their products I need to consider other options. This swing should not have died after 5 months. And NO, the batteries do t work either. Extremely disappointed.

This is my 2nd swing in 5 months . First one same concept but did not swing front to back only side to side so I purchased another. No issues for about 2 months now it makes a god awful annoying click when swinging . Works fine just the click ! Love that it's two in 1 just stinks that it makes this noise .

Perfect spot to nap in while I do work around the house
I love the Graco duet, sooth swing and rocker. It’s so hard to get housework done with an infinite home, but the swinging rocker makes it a little easier. She’ll usually fall asleep on me and with this duets sooth, swinging rocker set up in our living room, it’s an easy transition to pick her up and put her right in, the light swing mode. It was easy to assemble and very durable. It does light sounds and music and rocks gently with a couple different settings. My little ones take a nice nap in it.

Soothing and soft
Loved using this with my youngest. It was easy to put together, felt durable and sturdy, and was very soft and plushy for my baby. I like the safety features as well. Would definitely recommend to any parents out there looking for a soothing rocker for their babies!

4 years, 2 babies, still love it!
I used the swing for both of my babies. I first bought it in 2021 and still using today for my second! Both loved it. Easy to put together. I love that it is a 2 in 1 so I didn’t need to buy a bouncer and a swing. It isn’t too loud - just has a ticking that you would hear from a wall clock. I find it comforting. I also love the bouncer. It rocks so you don’t need to keep it going manually too often like others.

Dont buy !
After nearly 90 minutes of assembly, the product is not working. The batteries are good and the outlet plugged into is also good. The wires were plugged in correctly but in order to check it will require taking the product at least halfway apart to check. I am not confident that this is the issue. Further missing is the cover for the base tubes. But worse than this is that this product is clearly not new. It is clearly used with scratches on parts that were not discovered until well into the project assembly. There is even carpet or hair is caught in the rubber base tubes and scratches on the battery case cover and several of the swing frame. I am not sure why I was shipped a clearly used item without notification that a used product was available. I certainly did not believe I was paying for a used item and the price did not reflect such. I wish to have a new item shipped to me and a refund for this broken and used item. It should not be shipped to any other customer but I am happy to ship the parts back to you in the terrible packing condition I recieved them.

I bought this and had high hopes for it. Been using it a couple months now and the motor has died already. My little one and I are incredibly disappointed with this product. She was loving this swing up until this. For the price you pay Graco products should be more dependable than this. Improve your products parents and kids rely on these swings for relaxation and sanity.
