Good features, bad head angle
While my 6 week baby loves the swing, there needs to be a way to adjust the angle of the seat. It sits too upright and his head constantly flops over to one side.
Swing motion is also quite loud, but I think it actually helps soothe baby.

Works great!
I’ve had my swing for about a year now and it works great. I haven’t had any huge issues with it and I got it with two discounts on Target’s website since I had turned in an old car seat and the swing was on sale. The only things I have issue with when it comes to this swing is that the legs for the bouncer are incredibly easy to just pull out so it makes it impossible to move it around the house without holding it by the vibration setting, and the swing move significantly slower if there is anything touching it, I keep the legs for the bouncer attached sometimes when I use the swing and if I put a blanket under the seat it will move slower until I take it out from under it. I wish the mobile moved but my child doesn’t mind. I’d recommend this product during a sale.

Horrible product! Do not buy
I bought my first one and the thing just stopped working! Nothing was done to it by us it just stopped. So me giving Graco the benefit of the doubt I buy another one. GUESS WHAT? It just broke on me last freaking night! I’ve had a screaming baby all morning who loves that swing and we can’t use it and I’m not able to get another one right now. Shame on you Graci for selling this to mothers and them they get screwed when it breaks.

Stopped working
I’ve had this product for some time and my son absolutely loved it! We made sure to keep it for our next child since he used it so much and we love the memory of his first laugh on the bouncer. We got it down, about a year later, for our daughter and it won’t work. The light initially turned on and now it won’t swing or play music. I am extremely disappointed.

Glad I ignored the bad reviews!
I saw all the reviews and hesitated, but we love our Sense2Snooze so much that I wanted to give the swing the benefit of the doubt. We LOVE our swing/bouncer and the 2 in 1 saved me the money and space of having to buy a swing AND seperate vibrating seat. It's super easy to snap off and turn into the seat, but not so easy that it's come apart during use of the swing features. Music could be louder but I give this an easy 9/10.

Doesn’t work at all
Bought the swing and the motor died three minutes after assembly. Returned and bought the same swing and had the same exact issue. Contacted Graco and they sent a new motor housing. The same exact issue happened. Don’t buy it.

WORKED but then stopped!!!
I have had this for 2 years now, was working went to plug it in to make sure it worked before our second/third child make and appearance and it will not work, we have tried everything. Even if it’s just the battery part, nothing works, really disappointing

Doesn't Swing
Bought for my first grandchild. It worked once for a few minutes and barely moved. Green light was on at that time. Now the light won't even come on. Has power because the music still works. Looking at other reviews in guessing the motor is fried.
