  • CLEANING SWING FRAME: Clean with only household soap and warm water. Do not use bleach or detergent. CLEANING SEAT PAD AND HARNESS COVERS (if so equipped): Refer to your care tag on your seat pad for washing instructions. Do not use bleach. For full cleaning instructions, please refer to your user manual or contact Customer Service at www.gracobaby.com or 1-800-345-4109
  • To clean body support, refer to your care tag on your seat pad for washing instructions. NO BLEACH.
  • To clean frame, use only household soap and warm water. NO BLEACH OR DETERGENT.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not worth the price Bought the swing a month ago for my colic baby as the swaying and sounds soothed him., The swaying even on the lowest setting causes it to rock and one leg lift. The swinging has stopped working and sounds like the motor has run out. Would not recommend buying and this is a more expensive product that should last longer than 1 month.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Swing lifts off ground. SAFETY CONCERN There should be an immediate voluntary recall issued for this swing. I was gifted this swing for my newest baby. Although I'm not having the same issue with the buttons, sound or motor YET, the motor is definitely loud and sounds like it will be going out shortly. My main concern is that the swing leg lifts dramatically when the swing, sways to the left. We have checked and rechecked the frame and there seems to be a mistake in the design of this swing. I am on my 5th baby, and I have owned swings from the low end to the high end, with this one being on the higher end. I had asked for this one in particular because it was a combo of the swing and bouncer. Which I love but I am very unhappy and concerned with the safety of my new baby being in this swing.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Do not buy Purchased 2 of these because we had twins. Neither one of the swings work, contacted graco, told us the motor was the problem but it was out of stock. That was a month ago. Will not buy again, and do not recommend!

I tried everything to get it to work but it would not work at all I’m very disappointed in this product my daughter can’t swing with it without us pushing it ourselves :(

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Would not recommend I bought this for my first baby and the vibration never worked. Everything else worked okay so no big deal really. I am about to have my second baby and the motor is completely dead and we have tried everything to get it to work. Very disapppointing spending so much money on something that doesn’t even work very long at all.
