Care & Maintenance
  • Clean playard with household soap and warm water/drip dry
  • Wipe clean changer and mattress with damp cloth. NO BLEACH
  • Machine wash seat and carry bag in cold water and drip-dry
  • If playard gets sandy, carefully remove sand from all surfaces before packing into bag as sand can damage top rail lock

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Changing table slopes to much, needs more support. I purchased this to use for my new grandson. The first time using I noticed on the changing table that it slopes too much to the right and he starts to roll. He is currently only six weeks old and 8 pounds, As he gains weight it is going to slope even more and not be usable very disappointed.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Horrible Mattress Pad The mattress pad in this thing is a piece of junk! It started bunching up not long after purchase and has gotten progressively worse to the point that it doesn’t even fill up the bottom of the pack’n play. This is a serious safety risk, not to mention uncomfortable for the infant/toddler.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Changing Table is Awful Pretty awful. The changing table is definitely not safe so we avoid it completely. It slopes to one side so the baby just rolls over. Stinks because that means we have to walk to a different floor to change the baby. Very disappointed with this purchase and not sure how this hasnt been recalled.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Deal-breaking design flaws Received this as a shower gift 5 months ago. Setup and takedown are easy and it’s a convenient size. Unfortunately the changing attachment is unusable because its design lacks sufficient support and it slopes so severely the baby started rolling when we placed her on it, even when she was a tiny newborn. Additionally, after we began using it for sleep the mattress started bunching. Within a month or two it became so uneven it no longer feels safe to use for sleep despite trying a number of mattress covers and sheets to try to flatten it out. The mattress is foldable, and consists of four rigid pieces wrapped in fabric and thin cushioning. For some reason these stiff pieces are not connected to each other, causing the end pieces to shift and float on top of the middle pieces when weight (like a sleeping baby) is placed in the middle. This leaves each end much higher than the middle. It’s an inexplicable design flaw that appears to be a consistent issue for everyone using this piece of equipment - I’m surprised we haven’t seen a recall because there’s no way this is safe and Graco is well aware of it.
