Horrible design
Why would you make a high chair that you can't remove the cushion? You can't properly clean it so after a couple of months it's basically trash.

Unable to clean!!!!!
Seat cushion is not removable all the crumbs get underneath the seat I had to cut the cushion to remove it when I notified Graco they said they would give me a $20. Coupon for a new chair!!!

Does not last
I have mixed feelings about this highchair.
Pros: it folds down to a small size - which is great.
Cons: VERY difficult to clean and poor quality. We have only used the chair for a couple of months and the cushion is shredding from normal cleanings.

How to remove the cushion without damaging!
My wife and I really love the simplicity of this chair, plus it’s more reasonably priced than many high chairs.
I notice a lot of the bad reviews were due to people having difficulty removing the cushion due to the strap used to fold the chair. Graco doesn’t seem to include in their manual, or at least it’s not intuitive. Fear not, it’s actually quite simple to remove and the to hand wash, or even through in the laundry (for blowouts and the like).
On the “folding strap,” on the left-side there is a black plastic D-clip on one end of the strap. There is a hidden notch in this clip, which allows you to push the strap off the clip, and thus unhook it. Once removed you can I clip the rest of the clips and remove the cushion. No need to cut it, hose it down, or throw it away!

This is a great little chair.
LOVE the quick fold and makes them easier to store. The only negative issue I found was there is a seam/overlap of material in the seat I assume
It’s to protect the fold pull cord but food & crumbs get caught in this something awful and causes cleaning issues.

Disappointed
I read the reviews on this before I purchased it. I thought to myself how hard can it really be to clean a high chair. These reviews all must be Karen's. Nope. I was wrong. It's impossible to clean. In the summer I would drag it outside and spray it down with the hose. I ended up cutting the pull strap so I could wipe it down inside easier. I finally just took the whole thing off and I'm going to wash it in the laundry but I know it's going to be a huge pain in the but to get it back on.
Aside from clean the chair works well. But im so turned off on how to keep it clean I've been searching for a new one. Or a replacement cover. Even just a cover that comes off easily and can be thrown in the wash daily or a couple time a week would be amazing. But I haven't found one that fits.

Wish I never would of purchased this
I love Graco products and thought with this baby I would get more of a compact highchair and this was bought months before the baby came and I just recently started using it. I definitely thought this was suppose to be easier to clean. I am completely disappointed with the tray. It’s so awkward trying to clean it in a sink and had no idea it didn’t come with a tray cover that can pop on and off to clean. Then the leg separated part has to stay on the tray with you clean it which makes it so much more awkward and harder.

Not dishwasher safe
Purchased this chair a few weeks ago on Amazon. Really the selling point for me was under the care & maintenance section both on Amazon and here on the Graco site it states “removable tray insert is dishwasher safe.” However.. this chair doesn’t have a removable insert and the tray is not dishwasher safe. The owners manual has this same excerpt word for word. The tray also has the leg separator connected and allows for food to become stuck and water seep into causing potential for mold & bacteria. Had I known this tray wasn’t dishwasher safe I would’ve never purchased it. This is misleading. There is nothing dishwasher safe with this chair.

Caused rash with open sore on daughter's legs
We had been using our high chair for several months, and we recently noticed rashes on the back of both of my daughter's legs, one with open sores. After realizing that the high chair is the only place she occasionally sits without long pants, we were shocked that the seat caused this. Just sharing so other parents are aware, as no baby should be put thru any pain, and maybe they will change their design ☹️

Hard to clean
I’ve had this high chair for a year. Luckily I was blessed with a very neat baby, and have not needed to deep clean the cushion on the chair until now. While celebrating his first birthday he made a mess with his smash cake. I begin to take the cushion off of the high chair only to find out that the pull cord to collapse the chair is in the way. I search the site for instructions on how to remove the cushion without removing the pull cord, and came across a response from Customer Service to a customer and instructed her that the pull cord could be removed. However, that was false. I had to cut the cord in order to remove the cushion. Once I realized it that the cord was not needed and I could manually fold the chair, I cut it off. I did happened to find the black clip that was mentioned in the response however removing it was still an issue. So the cord was cut. Don’t bother responding to this message with any alternatives because there are none. Anyone reading this review who needs to clean their cushion just cut the cord off because you don’t even need it.
If asked, I would recommend this chair to someone else because it is cost efficient, however, I would need disclose to them that they will need to cut a piece of the chair in order to clean it.

You can’t remove the chair pad
Size is great. Overall it works well not great. The table doesn’t always click on. Now cleaning this thing is awful. Seat cover does not come off. I needed to wash it and on my model there was no way to remove the handle you use to fold it up. Guess what babies can make mess not only with food but body fluids. You HAVE to be able to was the cover. This chair is being replaced due to that. It was a waste of money

Impossible to remove cover
The chair is perfect as far as size and easibility to fold.. The issue is when you have to clean the covering to wash it. You can’t without literally cutting the “pull to fold” strap. Now I’m trying to figure out how to make this work and not compromise safety for my grandchildren. Any suggestions?

Can't take the pads off to clean
Can't fully remove seat pads to clean. Some of the straps that connect the pads are around the legs, so to remove those, you have to remove the legs. This is ridiculous. Kids are messy eaters, this should be easy to take apart and clean.

Not worth the money
My granddaughter is babysitting a baby & the people brought over the highchair which is a Graco. It was filthy, my granddaughter tried to wipe it down to no avail & I started taking the cover off, no easy job, so I goggled it, that helped, then decided to clean the bottom catch all, now that is another thing, when I specifically asked how to dismantle that, google went back to how to assemble. I looked at the ad and it was already on the highchair, just how do you clean it! Personally I would never buy something that I couldn’t dismantle & clean.

Cannot Wash Cover
We have loved this chair since we got it, easy to fold and store away in our tiny house. My baby is eight months old and I just tried to wash the cover after a particularly messy breakfast only to discover I cannot take it off and put it in the washer. I feel like this should have been clearly stated in the product description or somehow highlighted as parents really rely on wash and covers to keep chairs clean.

Loved it until...
We've been using this chair for months now and it's been great uo until tonight. Our 7 month old daughter had a "messy" diaper the went out the front and then down the side, soaking down into the crack where the pull straps secured. There is no way to detach the strap itself to remove and clean. I was only able to get the cover and restraint straps out to clean. Cleaning the cover cracks was also nearly impossible. Would be better off to be 1 piece. Food gets stuck in the cracks.

It’s great for a smaller home
I have no problem with this high chair! It’s a nice compact size and has ample tray space for feeding. I’ve read reviews of not being able to clean the seat cover and it boggles my mind why it’s so hard for people. You just need to unhook the fold strap first and then the rest of the nylon bands. It is no trouble at all.

I've had this and have had no issues until my daughter puked in the chair and it was close to impossible to get the cover off I'm appalled that you would make such a horrible design for parents. Think about how much we already have to do and then you make it impossible to get it off without puke everywhere. Unreal.

Love this chair!!
Used this chair on my first until she hit the weight limit… only thing is after 1.5 years of use I wanted to replace just the pad (washed it biweekly so it’s time for a fresh one for the new baby) can’t find the pad only anywhere! So sad, we don’t need a whole new chair for the new baby, just the pad!

Graco High Chair
It does fold up good but then the tray is just bulky after and separate. It doesn't slide well due to the tray being so not sturdy you have to hold on to the legs or back of the chair and it's a little low to be moving around or awkward. I now have seen highchairs with wheels.(Didn't know they made them) It seems very fragile. I only went with it due to the price, but after getting it I wish I would have gotten something better. It's super low quality for Graco.

Cute
I truly do love this product and it's design, however I get annoyed by how easily crumbs get stuck in the back crevice's, and that it is a little difficult to remove the padding to clean.
Other then that, I love it and so does my son.
