Very happy with this chair
At first, I was disappointed with the quality of the materials, the colors, and the size. Once I put it all together, it grew on me. One month in, I love this chair, and so does my 6-month old baby. It looks beautiful, is sturdy and safe, and easy to wipe down. I'm glad we went with this one after much research.

Design needs work
I am a first time mom and I put this on my registry because I loved the versatility of it. I also love Graco products, but I think this one needs some work. My baby is 9 months now and still needs support behind her to eat. The tray is EXTREMELY small so even more food ends up on the floor than normal. I just used my sister Graco seat at her house and it was a world of difference I might sell mine and buy something different. It is beautiful but design needs work :(

Does not allow for 90 degree hip flexion
I’m an OT and was excited about this purchase! I really wanted to love this high chair, but ended up returning. The adjustments do not allow for the 90 degree hip flexion for optimal support. Unable to adjust the footrest enough for good support. Very wobbly. It does seem easy to clean. Love the divided tray. It would have been perfect if the backrest was able to go up one more notch for 90 degrees.

I love this high chair except the recline function stopped working after about a month or two and I specifically bought it because it had that which is important for when babies are young and you want to lean them back more, esp while drinking a bottle. Won’t be able to use this for future kids at younger age if can’t get this fixed.

Not what I expected for a high end highchair
Unfortunately, this high chair is not what I expected from the Graco brand. We bought this particular chair to grow with my 7 month old through different phases, yet not compromise the decor of our home. The style is beautiful, however, the quality did not meet my expectations and is sub par compared to the Graco highchair we replaced with this one. There is little to no padding making my baby seem uncomfortable when seated. The tray is also extremely small. It is however, nice and easy to wipe clean. For being a higher priced high chair, I sadly might consider something different than this one.

Defective & Horrible Customer Service
We contacted Customer Care by phone on 4/25 about returning our high chair. We spent hours trying to disassemble the top handle from the legs. That entire portion of the high chair gave us issues from the second we took it out of the box. Because we couldn't get the curved bar off, the chair would not fit back into the box. My wife submitted photos while on the phone with customer care and they stated they had never seen this issue before and the chair was indeed defective. Graco instructed us to go out and purchase a large box from FedEx. FedEx it turns out doesn't sell boxes that big. FedEx told my wife she would have to go to UHaul and the boxes cost around $30. Graco told my wife we would have to pay that cost. That is unacceptable considering we were sent a defective product. There are no options to return this to an in person store, so shipping is the only choice. If this is not remedied, we will NEVER purchase from Graco again.
