- CLEANING SWING FRAME: Clean with only household soap and warm water. Do not use bleach or detergent. CLEANING SEAT PAD AND HARNESS COVERS (if so equipped): Refer to your care tag on your seat pad for washing instructions. Do not use bleach. For full cleaning instructions, please refer to your user manual or contact Customer Service at www.gracobaby.com or 1-800-345-4109
- To clean body support, refer to your care tag on your seat pad for washing instructions. NO BLEACH.
- To clean frame, use only household soap and warm water. NO BLEACH OR DETERGENT.

Do not buy
Purchased 2 of these because we had twins. Neither one of the swings work, contacted graco, told us the motor was the problem but it was out of stock. That was a month ago. Will not buy again, and do not recommend!

Don’t buy it!!!
This was given to me as a gift for my first baby and it did not work at all once it was plugged in. I tried everything to get it to work but it would not work at all I’m very disappointed in this product my daughter can’t swing with it without us pushing it ourselves :(

Would not recommend
I bought this for my first baby and the vibration never worked. Everything else worked okay so no big deal really. I am about to have my second baby and the motor is completely dead and we have tried everything to get it to work. Very disapppointing spending so much money on something that doesn’t even work very long at all.

My daughter is only 3 months old and the vibration on the bouncer doesn’t work at all anymore and the swing sound is going out. i’m so mad about wasting all this money on this swing just for it to break not even 4 months after i started using it and now im gonna have to buy a new one.

No good
If I could give this zero stars I would! The motor stopped working after barely two months for 189 dollars I don’t want to pay for a new motor. I’m extremely disappointed and sad because my baby loves her swing and I cannot afford to get another one or the replacement part.

My baby absolutely loved this thing BUT less than two months of use, the motor died on the bouncer. Absolutely dead, changed the batteries multiple times and no vibration. For the price, I expected much more. Would not recommend for the price.

My daughter was loving this swing
Bought this for my daughter for my first grandbaby, my daughter has been using it and loving it since my granddaughter has colic however, in less than 7 weeks the vibration has completely quit working on it. We have changed the batteries and everything. Very disappointing as I generally love and trust Graco products and have used them since my kids were little!!!
