Recommended Use
Stop using this product when the infant begins to push up on hands and knees, weighs over 20 lb (approximately 5 months of age), or child’s head and feet simultaneously touch head and foot ends of bassinet mesh sides, whichever comes first.

Do not buy
The only reason why I’m giving it two stars is because it’s aesthetically pleasing. The rocking feature is SO OBNOXIOUSLY LOUD. it literally wakes me and my baby up. I can’t believe this thing has 5 star reviews?

HORRIBLE
DO NOT BUY!!! This bassinet was so uncomfortable for my baby she would NOT sleep in it. The mattress is so thin and cheap it’s like sleeping on the ground. For the price it’s cheaply made.

BIG DISAPPOINTMENT, DO NOT BUY!
What a huge disappointmen! Is this bassinet aesthetically pleasing? Yes. Is it worth it? BIG NO. It literally started squeaking and stopped rocking only after two months of use, TWO MONTHS! Not to mention the fact that when it was working, the rocking motion was extremely loud, the mattress that comes with it is super thin with no support whatsoever, it is more like a thin cheap mat that will sink and leave the shape of your baby’s head and body within a few weeks. The crying detection mode takes forever to kick in, by the time it does your baby is wide awake while crying. All this to say, save yourself some time, money and a huge disappointment. Don’t let the aesthetic and pretty color of it fool you. Invest the $400 + tax in something else for your baby.

Looks great, came quickly, my only issue is I bought it direct from the website because it was cheaper than Amazon but now it’s even less on Amazon.

Nice but inconvenient for baby messes
I mainly bought it for the good reviews and the look of it. I thought the crying feature was nice too. I like it and I don’t have issue with it but I hate that there are no sheets I can buy (even from Graco) for. Accidents / spit up are very common so I don’t have time to wash the one sheet provided and mattress pad every time it happens it’s very inconvenient.

No extra sheets sold, cloth mattress, seems cheapl
This review is about the quality of the product, the cleaning, and lack of extras to purchase like sheets and a mattress protector. I am returning without using because of these issues.
I was hoping this bassinet would be a good replacement for the $$ snoo. It is definitely not comparable to me. Upon putting it together, it was nice and light, but also felt cheap. The stitching on the bassinet was all wonky and not even. The first thing that I noticed was the cloth mattress. It did come with a very thin sheet. If a child has an accident, it will soak right through into the cloth mattress and be unusable until it is properly cleaned. I called Graco to see about getting an extra sheet and a mattress protector. They do not sell any additional items for this bassinet. I think it would be very difficult to clean the mattress once the child has had an accident on it. I do not like that. The legs are very difficult to put on and takeoff. Since it is screwed on, you would not want to do it too many times. I had high hopes for this bassinet but it just fell flat.
