Stop using this product when the infant begins to push up on hands and knees, weighs over 20 lb (approximately 5 months of age), or child’s head and feet simultaneously touch head and foot ends of bassinet mesh sides, whichever comes first.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Completely Impractical While it's a beautiful bassinet, the fact that they do not have extra sheet sets or mattresses in stock for purchase is completely insane, especially given that both have to be air dried. What am I supposed to do when my baby spits up in the middle of the night and the sheets are wet? I never would have bought this if I had known I would be waiting until AUGUST of 2025 to get extras. Now I'm outside of the return window and my baby is due in late February. They offer no other alternative or suggestions of what to do other than watch for stock notifications. I will never buy another Graco product.

My baby was born mid November and the bassinet has already stopped working mind you it worked for only about 35 days it will not rock not only that when it was working it squeaked extremely loud and was super noisy that you could not even hear the white nose option on the first setting. I honestly regret buying this and would have invested in the snoo for a little more money since this is not a cheap bassinet it is $400+ after shipping and tax. Again don’t waste you’re money on this invest in the snoo

Rated 1 out of 5 by from HORRIBLE DO NOT BUY!!! This bassinet was so uncomfortable for my baby she would NOT sleep in it. The mattress is so thin and cheap it’s like sleeping on the ground. For the price it’s cheaply made.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from BIG DISAPPOINTMENT, DO NOT BUY! What a huge disappointmen! Is this bassinet aesthetically pleasing? Yes. Is it worth it? BIG NO. It literally started squeaking and stopped rocking only after two months of use, TWO MONTHS! Not to mention the fact that when it was working, the rocking motion was extremely loud, the mattress that comes with it is super thin with no support whatsoever, it is more like a thin cheap mat that will sink and leave the shape of your baby’s head and body within a few weeks. The crying detection mode takes forever to kick in, by the time it does your baby is wide awake while crying. All this to say, save yourself some time, money and a huge disappointment. Don’t let the aesthetic and pretty color of it fool you. Invest the $400 + tax in something else for your baby.
