Worried about safety
We have been using this bassinet for our baby and have noticed that when in bassinet mode the bed is not level so our baby is either at an angle on his back or on his side due to this defect.

Dangerous
I bought this around December for my baby that was due in January and I am disappointed with this product specifically. I have used it a couple of times and just have it in my bedroom not being used due me as a new mom being very concerned for his safety while in use of the bassinet. The padding is really flimsy and when I put my newborn in it he is always slanted to the right side of the bassinet. He is under 15 lbs. i wished that I would have never spent so much money on a product that is no good. For other moms, please test before you leave baby in the bassinet. Side note my baby also is almost like he’s sinking in the bassinet, as if he is caving in.

It's ok
I have used several different bassinets for my children and I'm not impressed by this one. Cleanness and babies go together and unfortunately the cover is not removable to be washed, spot clean only. Spot cleaning can only do so much if your baby vomits on it. Or a messy diaper change. I would not recommend.

Not very long lasting
My review echoes what others have said: nice, lightweight, attractive bassinet and nice to have a “second life” to it as a changing table when baby grows into a crib. BUT it quickly caves in the middle. My baby is not even eight weeks old and is very tiny (5lb 9oz at birth and not yet 9lbs now) and still the middle of the mattress dips so it’s not flat and so the baby’s face is well below the mesh side panels. I think a lot of this has to do with how you have to bend the mattress in the middle to change the cover (by the way, there should be more— and easier to find— options for replacement covers). The materials has to be flimsy enough to bend into the cover and then every time you do it creates a crease in the middle.
I don’t think we will be able to use this much longer.

Parts not replaceable.
This is a wonderful bassinet and the convenience of having a changing table included is great! However, they do not offer/sell replacements for the bassinet mattress or cover. I was told I would need to purchase a new bassinet for full price if I wanted a new mattress.

Changing from one position to other does not work
Bought it in may through Amazon Canada. Changing from one position to other wont work. Cannot return due to return window closed with Amazon. Stuck with the defective product. Any help from Graco would be apperciated

Versatile, needs better mattress/extra sheets
We had this bassinet and appreciated the versatility of this product. We were disappointed with the poor quality of the mattress as we noticed sinking and side sleeping with both of our boys (neither of which did this in their cribs). We also wish we were able to purchase or it came with additional sheets for the mattress as our babies spit up or have diaper leaks which leave us with no other options in the middle of the night. We used this with our first son and are currently using it again with our second unfortunately with the with the same issues, leaving us to consider other options at this point. We do like the changing table feature and storage feature, but the storage sags and everything falls to the middle of the bassinet making items disorganized and hard to find at night.

2-in-1 feature is the only positive
Love the fact that it’s a bassinet and changing table, that’s about all that makes me like it. The mattress pad is very flimsy, the vibrating aspect lasted 2 weeks with a brand new battery and then another 3 days after changing it. You’d think a $100+ Product would be better quality.

Do not buy
I received this as a gift for my baby shower in October. I liked the ideas of it switching to changing table and bassinet. It can be tricky to switch it back and forth. You definitely need both hands to do it. I used it for a few months. One time I was changing my baby after a bath and I didn’t notice one of the corners of the basket at the bottom had become disconnected. The bassinet’s legs starting spreading apart and bassinet was losing its balance and falling with my baby. Thank God, I was holding my baby. I yelled at my husband and he fixed the basket at the bottom. My baby was about 13 pounds at the time, so I know I didn’t go over the baby’s weight limit if 30 pounds. I think this bassinet is a hazard and should be recalled for safety. This could have happened when my baby was asleep and I could’ve had an accident. I just want to prevent babies from getting harmed.

Cute, functional bassinet
Our son's nursery was safari-themed, so the animal themed bassinet fit in perfectly. We loved the vibrating feature when he was a newborn because it soothed him instantly. We liked that it was on wheels so it can be transported from room to room, and the storage underneath is great for storing burp cloths, sheets, etc.

This was one of the best purchases. I love the convenience of having a diaper changer that isn’t bulky and that has multiple functions. Living in a smaller house with limited space for all the necessary baby gear makes this bassinet/diaper changer a must. I wish I had this for my other children.
