- CLEANING SEAT PAD: Machine wash pad in cold water with gentle soap on delicate cycle & drip dry. Do not use bleach
- CLEANING BUCKLE: Place in a cup of warm water and gently agitate the buckle. Press red button several times while in the water. Do not submerge the buckle strap. Do not use soap, detergents or lubricants

This car seat saved my babies life!
How do you write a review on a product that saved your baby's life?!?!? I purchased the Turn2Me in July 2024. I was just in a car accident 2 days ago with my 11 month old. The car is totaled and I have a few scratches, bumps, and bruises but my baby was untouched. He doesn't have a single scratch on him and is perfectly fine! The EMT on scene said how well the car seat looked and that it did its job. I will FOREVER be grateful for such an AMAZING car seat! The first thing I did after the accident, was go online and order another Graco Turn2Me car seat right away!!!

It’s irresponsible to make un-cleanable baby seats
DON’T DO IT! The car seat base holds liquids and you can not open it. We experienced one bout of car vomit and I washed the covers and wiped down every base part that is accessible, all according to manufacturers instructions. Three days later, horrible smell and maggots coming out of all of the crevices. I called the company and they said yes, the base is uncleanable, encouraged me to keep trying, but no it is not covered for replacement. This car seat was very convenient for a wriggly 16 month old but it is completely impractical for any continued use. It was very expensive. I am so sad. Graco is a great company, this product should come with a warning.

Huge safety concern!
Huge safety concern!!! We love how easy and convenient the turn is for rear facing, however it’s a major concern with the base of the seat not being secure. We have installed with the directions and one click technology and the seat belt will be tight and after moving the car seat or driving for 20 mins, the seat belt is loose and the car seat moves almost 5 inches on the side. No matter how many times we tried to install in our 2020 equinox, we did not feel it was safe. I have also watched some reviews that had the same issue. We will be retuning the car seat and trying a different brand.

I absolutely love the car seat but hate how big and bulky it is. I am super disappointed that the turn to me only works for rear facing. I don’t think I would’ve ever bought this car seat if I knew that along with it shredding your belt when you turn it. I would’ve definitely went with a less expensive Graco if I knew! Having twins this car seat has helped a ton with rear facing.

360 rotating car seat
Just purchased this seat. The read is deceiving as I expected it (from the pics) that it would rotate for a toddler. Very upset with myself for wasting money as I needed this desperately to rotate to help me get a handicap cap child out of the van safely. So disappointed as this was money that took me a long time to save up.

Amazing Car Seat!
I love this car seat! It’s very easy to install. The turn to me feature is so wonderful. It was so easy getting my son into and out of the car. It was great when he fell asleep in the car seat and I needed to get him out of the car. He stayed asleep every time because I could lift him out and cuddle him on my shoulder without having to maneuver him around. It helped my back also because I didn’t have to lean into the car to get in in safely.

Do not buy from Graco!!!!!
Purchase 9months ago, started grinding when turning. Graco Customer service told me it's normal and The grinding does not affect the safety of the car seat. Will not warranty the car seat. I'm not sure Graco understands they're playing with children's lives.

Great car seat. My son seems to be very comfortable in it. I really love the turning future. What a game changer. It also looks really nice. I do wish the bottom padding wasn’t just Velcro and more sewn on like their other models. The cup holders do come off very easily, I’ll probably command strip them on if he pulls them off

This has been a nice seat made it easy to get my baby out but was unaware it would not turn to me forward facing! Super disappointed as moving toddler is not easy to get seated and thought this would solve that struggle. So be aware it does NOT turn forward facing!

Great turn-to-me car seat option!
I love our Turn2Me. We started using it when our little one outgrew his infant car seat at around 1 year. I have a bad back and the ease of the turning option is great. We also got one for my parent's car. I am someone who is super incecisive about baby items and I haven't second guessed this purchase once. It has great features / super easy to adjust. Would buy again.

Very disappointed and unsafe
I want to love this seat but I am incredibly disappointed with it. I love Graco products and when this came out I purchased immediately. I wanted to have the ability for my child to rear face longer and I love the concept of the turning feature. My children are below average height and weight so I assumed I could use this for many years before needing a change. My 2 year old weighs 24 pounds and when I have this seat rear facing, over time it becomes very loose. It is so loose that it wobbles and completely moves. It is very unsafe. Every few days I have to re-install the car seat because there is no other way to get it tighter.
Once installed I have had it checked by car seat safety professionals who confirmed the installation was correct at the time. I am concerned that this is incredibly unsafe so I am removing it from the car. I paid a lot of money for this car seat and I am so disappointed with it. It does not live up to Graco standards that I expect when purchasing their products.

This Seat Should be Recalled Immediately
Absolutely unsafe and should be recalled immediately! I was excited to purchase this car seat because of the rotating feature. I was hopeful that being able to rotate the car seat so that I could load and unload my daughter would allow me to keep her rear facing longer.
The car seat was installed rear facing utilizing the seat belt due to my daughter's weight. The car seat was installed securely by a CPST. After just a few trips, the base became loose and the install was no longer secure. I completely uninstalled and reinstalled the car seat securely again using the seat belt and the snuglock feature. Again, after loading and unloading my daughter several times, the car seat became loose. When the car seat was facing outwards in the car, it was so loose that the entire car seat was able to be flipped over backwards, and the base lost all contact with the seat of the car.
A quick internet search revealed that this is an extremely common problem with rear facing install using the car's seat belt. This is a HUGE safety concern and this car seat should be immediately recalled. No parent should have to uninstall and reinstall a car seat after every few trips because the weight of their child climbing in and out of the car seat causes the seat install to become loose and unsafe. Graco should be ashamed, and this defect should have been uncovered during product testing, which makes me question if they actually test their products with real children.
