With SnugLock® Technology, you can feel confident you've got a secure install as your child grows. Keep your little one safe from baby to big kid: this 3-in-1 car seat converts from a rear-facing harness (5-40 lb), to a forward-facing harness (22-65 lb), and to a big kid highback booster (40-100 lb). Using the Simply Safe Adjust™ harness system, you can adjust the height of the harness and headrest to 10 positions in one motion, allowing you to easily get the safest fit for your child as he or she grows. Conveniently store the harness away in booster mode with the integrated harness storage compartment. The 6-position recline and removable infant head and body inserts help your little one feel cradled and comfortable on your many journeys together. Your child will also enjoy the 2 cup holders to keep drinks and snacks close at hand. Children are safer riding rear-facing and should ride rear-facing as long as possible, until they reach the maximum rear-facing height or weight rating for their car seat. Then children should ride forward-facing, using the built-in harness system for as long as possible until they reach the maximum forward-facing weight or height for their car seat. At that point, children should ride in a belt-positioning booster seat. A booster is no longer needed once the vehicle seat belt fits properly, typically when they reach 4 feet 9 inches tall and are between ages 8-12. Be sure to check your local and state laws, as well as AAP and NHTSA recommendations, for car seat usage.*

Care & Maintenance
- CLEANING SEAT PAD: Machine wash pad in cold water with gentle soap on delicate cycle & drip dry. Do not use bleach
- CLEANING BUCKLE: Place in a cup of warm water and gently agitate the buckle. Press red button several times while in the water. Do not submerge the buckle strap. Do not use soap, detergents or lubricants
- CLEANING HARNESS: Surface wash only with mild soap & damp cloth or wipes. Do not immerse harness straps or latch strap in water. For full instructions see here

Horrible!! Cannot install in an hour
Just bought 2 today (one for each car) and absolutely CANNOT install rear facing. Snuglock in not accessible without taking the seat bottom pads up. Since the pad wraps around, it's impossible to put back once locked into place against the rear seat of the car. If you try to loosen the latch strap a little to get it back on, it will not tighten back up. So absolutely impossible to install rear facing. Whoever said it installs in one minute is a huge liar! I have now spent an hour and am so frustrated I am returning the darn things tomorrow! Worst design ever!!! And very deceptive

Headrest Styrofoam broken
I've had my sons seat for 1 and a half years and the Styrofoam on the head reast was cracked and not held on very good. Would not have seen if I wasn't changing it to a diffrent car! I don't recommend this seat

Unsafe
The car seat does not seem safe. When my baby is in it, the back / head sinks towards the ground and she is almost laying flat. We even had a certified car seat tech check for mistakes in installation. I will not put my baby in this.

Nice seat
Have one in my car and my husband's car. It is easy to instal rear or forward facing. The lock off is nice.
It is hard to tighten the harness to this seat both in rear and forward facing. Have had the one in my car for a year and a half and recently got one for our other car.

Saved my grandsons life
I have had a hard time putting my words together because I want to cry everytime I write. On June 21, 2024 my 18 month old grandson was riding in his grandfathers truck when a dump truck hit the side of the truck my grandson was on. This was on a 50 MPH zone and it was reported the dump truck was going faster than 50. So getting that picture into your head you would 100% believe we would be burying my grandson today. However, by the grace of God my grandson is alive. Bruised up with a broken leg, but he’s alive! His car seat snapped in half from the impact of the dump truck. I will be forever grateful to the designer of this car seat. My beautiful grandson is alive today because of this car seat.

The styrofoam is broken and I wouldn’t had known if I hadn’t taken it out of the car for a cleaning. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

In right Latch?
Is the trio grow car seat supposed to have the east latch? Mine did not come with it and it makes installation super stressful!! I want to throw this seat in the garbage and fry every time I need to remove the car seat!!
