The 4Ever you know and love now features a Rapid Remove cover, an integrated belt lock-off for easy installation, and rubberized fuss-free harness storage to help you get baby in and out. It is comfortable for your child and convenient for you as it transitions from a rear-facing harness (4–40 lb) to forward-facing harness (22–65 lb) to highback belt-positioning booster (40–100 lb) to backless belt-positioning booster (40–120 lb). The Simply Safe Adjust™ Harness System and 10-position headrest lets you adjust the harness and headrest together, with no rethreading. Recommended Use

Care & Maintenance
- CLEANING SEAT PAD: Machine wash pad & canopy in cold water with gentle soap on delicate cycle & drip dry. Do not use bleach
- CLEANING BUCKLE: Place in a cup of warm water and gently agitate the buckle. Press red button several times while in the water. Do not submerge the buckle strap. Do not use soap, detergents or lubricants
- CLEANING HARNESS: Surface wash only with mild soap & damp cloth or wipes. Do not immerse harness straps or latch strap in water. For full instructions see here

Replacement parts unavailable for 5 months
I bought this car seat when my son was 4-5 months old and it has been great. Fast forward 5 years and the booster seat of has definitely been through some wear and tear. I knew I wanted to get replacement parts before anything tears or comes loose preventing my child from using the car seat any longer. I’ve seen other reviews on here showing pictures regarding the Velcro on the bottom of the seat covers and the fabric coming loose. And I mean after 5 years of continuously using this I would’ve assumed for the car seat to look similar and it does. I just got off the phone with a representative and I was told that the booster seat cover will not be available until March of next year, that is ridiculous! I would’ve assumed at most it could’ve taken a month. By March my son won’t be able to use this anymore because the Velcro would’ve completely ripped off by then. The cover lasted me a long time and for that I’m grateful. But how can someone purchase a car seat now and maybe in 2 months it gets stained or it breaks, anything happens and a replacement is needed. They would have to wait 3 months to get a piece because it’s not available or as the representative said to me “it gets shipped from overseas” how can no one have any in stock until March? I am currently looking into getting another car seat for my son. I honestly cannot believe that Graco feels so confident about the quality of their products to not have any in stock until 5 months from now. I was even excited to get another car seat because I have a 5month old girl and I was looking into the color Joslyn. Everything pink is what I wanted for her. But I’m concerned if anything happens to her car seat and I won’t be able to rely on Graco for replacement parts. If I need to be specific I got the car seat in 2019. And if the product details boast about the car seat lasting you “10 years” they should be able to follow through and also keep replacement parts at the ready. This is truly upsetting because I have loved to boast about the car seat but not if they aren’t reliable. Very disappointing!

Highly Recommend - Used for all 3 kids!
We purchased our 1st Graco 4-Ever All-in-One in 2015 and used it for our first 2 kids. I just purchased a new one for our 3rd child who just turned 1 and I love the updates they've made. I appreciate the all black cushions to hide the stains that come with kids and the fact that the cushion is removable without uninstalling the car seat. Other than that, I've always thought the 4-Ever was easy-to-use and easy to install as well as easy to get a tight installation. All 3 kids have enjoyed this car seat and find it comfortable (even when other convertible car seats, including Graco ones, were used by us in my husband's car). I can't recommend this car seat enough!

Toddler Head Hangs Forward Sleeping Rear Facing
Overall this is a great car seat! The only downside is that our toddler’s head hangs forward when sleeping when rear facing. I found a blog online that said if you keep the bottom pad in and have the seat reclined at 1 then your child’s head won’t hang forward when sleeping. Tried that and it worked. Curious to see how we will have to adjust in the future when our toddler is older. Otherwise a great car seat with ample room and seems comfy

Poor quality materials for a big price
Just like multiple others, I am stuck with a worn out seat pad that I cannot replace. I bought the Graco 4Ever Carseat in hopes that I could use it for years as my child grew, however, the car seat cover is getting so worn out that I am questioning the longevity of this car seat. There's absolutely no reason that this car seat pad should be torn underneath where it Velcros, as I have never witnessed my son or anyone being rough with the car seat. I can see that the materials are just cheap, which is so disappointing because I once believed Graco to be a reputable brand. I reached out to customer service and provided photos, in hopes that they provide me with a new seat pad so that I could continue to use the car seat for longer. Instead, they directed me to a link to buy the seat pad, which has continued to be out of stock for months on end. It's so upsetting that such a simple replacement part cannot be purchased and that I would even need to purchase a replacement in the first place. There are so many other car seat brands out there that accomplish the same goal as the Graco 4Ever that I'm sure have much better materials. I plan on using another brand before ever purchasing a Graco car seat again.

Grows with your child
I got the original 4ever seat and hated how much work it was to disassemble and reassemble the pads when my daughter would get car sick. So when we had our second, we got the DLX model of the same seat since the pads on this model are much easier to remove and these seats have been amazing. They are comfortable for the kids and I loved the safety rating. We are in the high back seat mode now for my 4 and 6 year olds. One of them still uses the 5 point harness and the other uses the high back with the car’s seatbelts. I love the versatility and that these seats will be the only seats I will need for them since they grow with them. I always recommend them when asked.

Great Car Seat....except for the safety strap....
I love the car seat....except for the strap by the chest that my nearly 2 year old granddaughter can open by herself....HUGE safety issue as once this happens and she is out of the shoulder straps, she is essentially unprotected if heaven forbid, we are in an accident. There has to be something that can be done to modify this or replace it with something that cannot be opened by a 2 year old.

ease of use of a grandparent
I am a grandmother who did some homework before selecting this seat.
Reporting here that I am happy with this seat. Currently I need to be able to switch back and forth from rear facing for a 16 month old to forward facing for a 5 1/2 year old and it is a manageable process.

Safe, comfy, easy to install
Very satisfied. We had a Graco extend 2 fit when we got in a major accident. My child was fine, with minimal soreness afterwards so we were 100% getting a Graco again. We got this one just in time for a long road trip in our new car. It was easy to install and adjust and my 6 year old said she loves it and was very comfortable. I love the longer amounts she can stay in a 5 point harness compared to other seats. I would definitely recommend this seat to others.

Terrible customer Service
Do not buy directly from Graco. Seat arrived improperly packaged. Coming out of box. Returned immediately. They received it the 23rd of August and I still haven’t received my refund even though I contacted them and escalated the issue

Great Seat!
I bought two of these in pink for my 4 month old granddaughter. One for my car and one for my son's. They are so easy to install unlike ones back in the day. I love how the seat cover lifts up so that I don't have to blindly try and grab the seat belt. The only downfall I have found is that since it is in the second row captain chair, it is bulky so my front passenger seat had to be pushed forward making it tight for my 6'0 daughter-in-law to sit in. My 6'3 son has to sit in the other captain chair for leg room. Once she is able to be front facing I'm sure the seat will fit in the third row bench giving everyone more leg room.

Nice carseat that has worked for transitioning from the newborn carseat. We purchased this product because it had the best safety rating. The only thing that could be improved is the chest clip and the size of shoulder pads. Our baby is petite and the shoulder pads are too large. The chest clip seems flimsy.

Great product

Best purchase ever!
Bought 2 of these (1 for me, 1 for the grandparents) before my son turned 1 and still using them . He'll be 7 in August. Love the fact it's kept my baby safe all these years. I told myself that I was only going to purchase my son 1 car seat that would last him till he no longer needed one, and this has been it.

Best Car seat!!
We have two of these car seats and absolutely love them. Easy to install and I like how it will grow with our baby. We started using this around 9 months once she grew out of her infant car seat and only reason we had the infant car seat was so we could detach it from the base if we had doctors appts or if she was sleeping. Highly recommend!
