STOP using this child restraint or base and throw it away 7 years after the date of manufacture.
Children are safer riding rear-facing and should ride rear-facing as long as possible, until they reach the maximum rear-facing height or weight rating for their car seat. Graco convertible and all-in-one car seats have higher rear-facing limits that will allow children to ride rear-facing longer after outgrowing their infant car seat. Manufacturing Date

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Works great in most cars, but not mine I only dropped the star because while this works great for some cars like my fiancé's Mazda. It doesn't work as well in mine which is a Chevy cruz hatchback with seats that have a deep dip at the junction of seat and back rest. Which made it to where we can not settle the seat properly without adjustment modifications with the help of our local fire department (we didn't wanna modify without consulting them.) I wish the adjustment that was against the back of the seat was a bit longer to accomadate different type of car seat style. Other than that it works excellent for our newborn!
