With 3 modes of use, your child can ride securely with a forward-facing harness from 22-65 lb, a highback booster from 40-100 lb, and a backless booster seat from 40-120 lb. The updated, sleeker design includes quilted soft goods and InRight™ LATCH provides an easy, one-second attachment with an audible click to help ensure secure installation. Its Simply Safe Adjust™ harness allows you to adjust the harness and headrest together as your child grows, with no time-consuming rethreading. You'll appreciate the strength of the steel-reinforced frame and 4-position recline for comfort and fit. - Machine-washable seat cushion
- CLEANING BUCKLE: Place in a cup of warm water and gently agitate the buckle. Press red button several times while in the water. Do not submerge the buckle strap. Do not use soap, detergents or lubricants

- IS THIS SEAT A CONVERTIBLE? No, the Graco® Nautilus® 2.0 LX is a 3-in-1 Harness Booster car seat that grows with your child from toddler to big kid, as a forward-facing harness (22-65 lb), highback booster (40-100 lb), and backless booster (40-120 lb).
- WHEN SHOULD I TRANSITION MY CHILD FROM A HARNESS TO A SEAT BELT? When forward-facing, children should use the built-in harness system for as long as possible until they reach the maximum forward-facing weight or height for their car seat. At that point, children should ride in a belt-positioning booster seat. A booster is no longer needed once the vehicle seat belt fits properly, typically when they reach 4 feet 9 inches tall and are between ages 8-12. - HOW DO I LOOSEN UP THE LATCH TO REMOVE FROM THE CAR? If using an InRight LATCH, press on the grey button and pull on the strap to extend the length. Then press the red button to pull out from the lower anchors of the vehicle. If using a Hook LATCH, press on the grey button and pull on the strap to extend the length. Then press the clip to remove the hook from the lower anchors of the vehicle.
- HOW DO YOU ATTACH THE BACK OF A HIGHBACK BOOSTER TO THE BASE? Please reference the Car Seat Manual for instructions.
- CAN I INSTALL USING LATCH IN THE MIDDLE SEAT IF THE LATCH ANCHORS ARE ON THE OUTBOARD SEATS? Review your vehicle's owner manual for exact location and use of lower anchors and top tether. LATCH can only be used if the vehicle LATCH anchor spacing is 11 inches (28 cm) from the center of one LATCH anchor to the center of the other LATCH anchor. If the spacing is greater than 11 inches, it can only be used if all three of the following are met: 1) The vehicle manual and car seat manual both allow it. 2) Connection to the lower anchors does not interfere with the vehicle belts of other passengers. 3) You are able to achieve a secure installation that does not move more than 1 inch side-to-side or front-to-back.
- HOW DO I KNOW IF MY SEAT IS INSTALLED CORRECTLY? Before beginning the installation, review your car seat manual and vehicle manual for specific information about your car seat model and vehicle type. Go through the checklist below to help confirm you have a secure installation: 1) Test for Tightness: Grab the sides of the car seat at the belt path and move side-to-side and front-to-back. The car seat should not move more than an inch in any direction. If it does move more than an inch, repeat the installation and refer to your car seat manual. 2) Check the Harness Height: When using the 5-point harness forward-facing, the harness should be AT or ABOVE the child's shoulders. Raise or lower the harness as needed. 3) Secure the Chest Clip: The chest clip should be at the level of the child's armpits. Raise or lower as needed. 4) Do the pinch test: Pinch the harness webbing at the child's shoulders. If you can pinch any excess webbing, the harness is too loose. Use the front adjuster strap to tighten until you cannot pinch any excess webbing. If you have all checked all of the above, you have a secure installation!
- WHAT IS A HIGHBACK BOOSTER? There are many different types of car seats out there and Graco® wants to make sure you find the correct one that fits your child's need. There are 3 types of booster seats: 1) Harness boosters, 2) highback belt-positioning boosters and 3) backless belt-positioning booster. Nautilus 2.0 LX is a harness booster that changes from a forward-facing harness booster to highback and backless booster. Highback and Backless belt-positioning boosters are designed to boost the child’s height so the seat belt fits properly. - WHY WOULD I NEED A LATCH SYSTEM OR LOWER ANCHORS ON A BELT POSITIONING BOOSTER SEAT? LATCH systems or lower anchors on Belt Positioning Boosters provide a secure connection to your vehicle, keeping the booster affixed to your vehicle seat when not in use and keeping the booster properly in place for easy self-buckling for child.

Graco sends open 2 yr old car seats as new
I specifically ordered this carseat from the Graco website thinking I'd get better customer service etc. I was send a seat that was 2 years old which is especially frustrating when they advertise it as long lasting! I called and was told I'd have better luck checking out Target or Walmart. What?? They offered to exchange it but warned they couldn't guarantee the new one sent would be any newer and, in fact, it might be older! I opted for the exchange. In the meantime, I opened the box to checkout the seat and then noticed someone had already opened it! They sent me a seat someone else had already opened and returned!!! What the heck??? So I went to Target instead, found a new, unopened box that was manufactured 4 months ago and returned this one to Graco. Overall, extremely frustrating experience!

They sent old car seat from 2021 in 2024!
Worst service ever! False advertisement. They Sent a car seat manufactured in 12/2021 for a purchase in 07/2024! Customer service was rude and said they can’t do anything even if it they admit that it was written nowhere on their website that the seat can be that old. They offer nothing and just said the seat is good for 10 years so you have to deal with it or return but no compensation or any excuse for their illegal advertising. I definitely do not recommend to buy the car seat directly from their online site.

Easy installation
We have only used this car seat for a couple weeks but so far we are very satisfied. My daughter loves it and the deeper cup holders. I love the shoulder strap covers. It was easy to install and seems to be easy to clean. Over all great car seat.

Great quality seat with good features
Its a very nice seat, quality wise and fitting. Our daughter is 7yo now and she fits perfectly well in it. The cups come out easy for cleaning. The cloth can be unclipped easily for the wash.
There are only 2 things i have seen that bother me, the base is a little bigger so it hides the seatbelt clip and your baby probably wont be able to do it by themselves, so you gotta strap them.
Second, the belts to hook it up in the car seat, are old style hooks rather than push and unlock, so it becomes an annoyance when i have to remove it for any reason.
If you are not bothered by these factors, i will HIGHLY recommend buying this one. You wont regret it.

Excellent forward facing seat.
I bought this car seat for on oldest three children (for my fourth the law had changed to backward facing until 2yrs), just bought it for my fourth in our second vehicle. I have loved the convertible features, easy to remove covers to wash, cup holders that don't fall off, and honestly, this is the fourth I've bought-that says something right there. Excellent customer service for Graco if you ever need anything as well.
