Products and Replacement Parts

      • What is the Graco® Store? How is it related to Graco Children’s Products, Inc.?
The Graco Store is the direct sales program of Graco Children’s Products, Inc., a division of Newell Rubbermaid.

      • Can I purchase all of Graco’s products through the Graco Store?
The Graco Store carries selected Graco products. Certain products and patterns are exclusive to our retail partners, and can only be purchased through their stores and web sites. Our main web site, Gracobaby.com, shows you the full line of Graco products manufactured by Graco for sale within the United States and provides comprehensive information and links to retail stores that carry those products.

      • If a part is temporarily out of stock, when can I expect it to be back in stock?
Parts that are listed as temporarily out of stock may take up to eight weeks to be restocked.

      • I have a question about which part is right for my product.
If you have any questions about which part is right for your product, call Customer Service at 1-800-345-4109 Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m ET.

      • Are parts from different models interchangeable? Can I order a part that isn’t listed for my product?
Parts from other models are not interchangeable, may not be safe and are not guaranteed by Graco. You may only order parts that are listed as being appropriate for the model you own. If you have any questions about which part is right for your product, call Customer Service at 1-800-345-4109, Monday – Friday 8:00 AM- 5:00PM ET.

      • How can I be sure that the part I am ordering is the same color or pattern as my model?
Graco cannot guarantee that all patterns or colors will match your model.

      • Why do you ask for the model number and serial number/manufacture date of my product in order to find replacement parts?
We at Graco care a lot about safety. And the only way we can make sure that the parts you order fit your Graco product is to ask for the model number and serial number of the product you own.

      • What is the format of the manufacture date of my product?
Manufacture date refers to the day, month, and year in which a Graco product was born (made). On our products you will find a sticker that provides this information along with the model number. Below are three examples of manufacture date format.

      • Where can I find the model and serial number (or manufacture date) for my product?
Just look for your product ID label, the little white label with the product's model and serial number (sometimes instead of a serial number there is a manufacture date). Every Graco product has one. Can't find the ID label? Check the chart below.
