• When is my order processed?
We begin processing your order as soon as you click “Submit Order.” You will receive an email notification as soon as your order is placed. Most orders placed before 10 p.m. ET for in stock items will ship within two business days.
• Do you charge taxes?
When you purchase a product directly from the Graco Store, applicable sales taxes are included in the item price.
• What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa and MasterCard. For security and authentication purposes, the billing address provided with your order must match the billing address associated with the credit card being used to make the purchase. We are unable to accept any form of payment with a non-U.S. billing address.
• When is my credit card charged?
Your credit card will be charged as the item(s) in your order are shipped.
• Is my credit card information secure?
Graco uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to securely send the information you provide during checkout to and from our web site. (You can tell that a page is secure by looking for the “closed lock” symbol in the lower right hand corner of your browser.) This technology sends information in an encrypted format, insuring that it can only be read by Graco. In addition, we use digital security certificates from Verisign to protect the integrity of our site. Finally, we do not store credit card information.
• Can I cancel my order?
We’re sorry, but we are unable to cancel orders once they have been submitted.
• Do you sell to consumers outside the United States?
We’re sorry, but we only sell to consumers with billing and shipping addresses within the United States.
