Solution:
Consumers should stop using the highchairs immediately and call Graco at (800) 345-4109 during regular business hours to receive a free repair kit. Consumers also can write to Graco Children’s Products Inc., Attn: Consumer Services, 150 Oaklands Boulevard, Exton, PA 19341. Consumers should have the highchair in front of them when they call Graco.
