Although child restraint systems undergo testing and evaluation, it is possible that a child restraint could be recalled.

In case of a recall, we can reach you only if we have your name and address, so please fill in the registration form to be on our recall list.

In order to properly register your child restraint system, you will need to provide the model number, serial number and date of manufacture. This information is printed on the registration card and can also be found on a white label located on the back or bottom of the child restraint system.

This registration is only applicable to child restraint systems purchased in the United States.

The information you provide shall not be used for any purpose other than to facilitate a recall of our safety alert regarding the product you have registered.

First, find your ID label, the little white label with the product's model number, serial number, and/ or manufacture date. Choose your category below to find where the ID is located on the product.

Manufacture Date

This date refers to the day, month, and year in which a Graco product was made, and can be found on the sticker along with the model number. Below are three examples of manufacture date formats:
